This Popeyes at the service stop actually has way better chicken than most Popeyes I’ve been to, even better than some of those in Louisiana. I got the food in 5 mins and the chicken was fresh, hot and crispy! Yes, it’s slightly more expensive, but it’s service stop price. The fries were a bit soggy tho, but I didn’t come here for the fries.

this location is the worst popeyes i’ve visited. they don’t let you use the app so you will be paying much more. and you can’t choose what chicken you want in family bundle. they don’t give you ketchup unless you ask and then you will get only a few. the people there are very rude answering questions

The place is clean inside but I swear it’s the rudest bunch of people you could have found in the entire country to work in this restaurant. I would rather chew on my car tire in the parking lot than to ever come back to this establishment. Management should really try to hire better people or at least do a better job at training the staff to do their job correctly.

I came in with a coupon and put it on the counter female worker immediately pushed it away saying “We do not take coupons here.” when clearly that was sent out inn mail from corporate,than myself said ‘well you got a senior discount’ then manager says if I gave it to you than I would have too give it to everyone else. The girls were laughing and behaving in a totally unprofessional manner infron of many people;spent $30 and something change when I could of got a whole meal from an actual restaurant!

Not only was the employee negligent in giving us soggy fries, they gave us so little that it could have just as easily gone into a small side container instead to look less ridiculous. I’m so affronted by the fact that I paid almost $8 for large order of fries to receive a piddly amount of fries, utterly terrible. It wasn’t even busy and they managed to do such terrible service. Either its a problem with the location being overpriced and not being able to actually serve their usual portion size or it’s the staff not having a care about giving me what I paid for. If I wished to grant someone disappointment, I’d send them to this Popeyes location in particular.
