Absolutely delicious! I had the grilled chicken with a bowl of pho, and everything was on point. The pho broth was rich and flavorful, packed with herbs and fresh toppings. The grilled chicken was juicy, well-marinated, and had a perfect char on the outside—definitely cooked with care. The mango or passion fruit drink (with boba!) was refreshing and not overly sweet.

The Pho beef was sweet, savory and delicious. It is a tasty beef broth (not spicy) with thin sliced tender brisket. You add in the crunchy bean sprouts and basil leaf. I not only enjoyed it, it is a light but filling bowl that I will definitively order again soon. The chicken skewers were flavorful, moist, not dry. I especially enjoyed the fresh summer roll served cold with salad and fresh cooked shrimp in rice wrap. Definitely give this place a try. Owner very friendly and nice to have another good quality, scrumptious cultural take out in Oyster Bay!

Bare with me here as this place deserves a review like this. I spotted this spot while driving, and it just had that look. The right combo of unassuming, unpretentious, and quaint. I knew right then it’d be hit or miss.
I’m happy to report – this place is absolutely the real deal. In an era where food – especially Asian cuisine – is dominated by restaurant groups, Pho&Grill is a throwback to a simpler time when a good meal was just a family recipe.
We ate inside and the experience couldnt have been more pleasant. The interior is no frills – it’s a former Chinese shop that’s been renovated with basic paneling – but the experience is 100% about the food and food alone.
Cooked by an elderly man and woman, and served in simple plastic tupperware by I’m assuming their son, the house special and beef broth is incredibly flavorful, full of fragrant taste. The younger man told me they cook the stock for a full 10 hours with chicken bones, beef bones, and fish sauce. It is some of the best pho I’ve had period.
Arguably even better were the spring rolls. Each one hand made and lovingly imperfect, the spring rolls were absurdly delicious and not to be missed.
Please come out to this restaurant and support these people. They are truly doing something special.

I’m so happy Pho & Grill is here. I feel so satisfied after a quick lunch. The food is prepared to a high standard with all the fresh ingredients you hope to find in Viet-cooking. The team also seems very accommodating to all of the patrons who came and went whether they were heat-sensitive or vegetarian.
Chicken Wings – Crunchy and flavorful fry with a juicy inside
Grilled Chicken Pho – Delicious and rich broth with a good amount of vermicelli, basil, cilantro, jalapeno, and bean sprouts for texture. The chicken has beautiful char and marinade.

The pho was delicious, the broth is very clean and savory and the take out portions were quite generous. The accompanying chili sauce and hoisin tasted homemade and were delicious. We are so excited to have a pho place next door, I foresee being a regular customer!

Visit today with my husband. He has the pho and I had marinate beef with rice. Both were very tasty..since we share, I got to taste both. I would have like more chilli oil with yhe pho…didn’t ask..but I am sure would have gotten if i did. Folks were friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.
