Check your order before you leave, they mess up the order. Ordered boneless chicken wings combo but they gave all with bones. Sauces were missing in the order. Wait time is around 15 minutes even though there is no crowd. Food taste was good, no complaints about it. Hope they improve the service.

I was looking forward to trying Popeyes bc people rave about it all the time. I didn’t even get to try it. I’m disappointed to say the least. I asked for the 10 chicken tenders for $19 and the guy at the register didn’t tell me that they were out of tenders and gave me the signature chicken instead, without telling me. I went back to return the food once I realized, they wouldn’t take it back and wouldn’t give me a refund. I would like a refund for the food I’m not going to eat that’s now rotting in the bag because no one else wanted it either, since it was not what I ordered. I also ordered mashed potatoes and they gave me Mac and cheese. They took the Mac and cheese back and gave me the potatoes, but I paid for a large and it was about the size of my palm lol. Please employ people who can speak and understand what we are saying because this was ridiculous.

30 plus minutes in the drive through twice and only three cars in total ! First time it was only two cars ! Never have I ever waited to the point I had to turn my car off. Staff is lazy slow and barley understand you. English isn’t the strongest !

I always forget Popeyes is in the Rockaway Town Square Food Court! I ordered on my app, and usually charge it, but, I wanted to pay cash with a code. The young lady at counter was helpful & rang me up no problem! The 5 piece chicken w/ biscuits & 2 sides is a great deal, and delicious too! My husband ate it for an early dinner. Try it, you’ll like it too!

First time ordering from Popeye’s. Alway’s heard it’s better than KFC! So I thought I’d try it because I always liked KFC. And I am sorry I did. The worst fried chicken I ever had. If it can be called chicken. Dry like cardboard and no flavor at all. They offer all different kinds of dips and now I know why. For flavor. Better than KFC?? KFC blows Popeye’s out of the water. And I ordered a regular mac n cheese, because I heard it was so good, and I could not believe what I got. A very tiny cup with maybe two table spoons of what didn’t even look like mac n cheese. And it cost $5.69! It was so unbelievable I had to take a picture of it to prove my case. First time I had Popeye’s, and the last.

I never leave reviews but whenever I do I’m very sincere when I was trying to order I was waiting in line and some woman came and jumped infront of me and the lady at the cash register seen it and when I said excuse me ma’am we where waiting in line referring to myself and the people behind me the lady at the cash register just took her anyway and then I ordered my food and everything was fine but the chicken sandwich was in the hot holder way too long causing it to be overcooked the chicken sandwich was so hard to bite into and not tender at all it was like trying to chew raw steak I honestly wouldn’t recommend this Popeyes to anyone I’d get another place in this food court

I ordered 2 different meals and they gave me whatever they wanted! When I ordered tenders and rice and beans they gave me fries, They took approximately 40-50 min long to deliver my order. Burned fries! Worst service ever!!
