Popeyes is getting cheap. They only allow u to use 1 coupon which is new & they don’t even give u 1 sauce with your paid meal, they want to charge u .25 for each. These new dumb rules r only going to make them lose business. I will do business elsewhere. There r plenty of places that sell good fried chicken with coupons & free sauce included!

I always come here cause is close enough to my house didn’t feel I’m like cooking when I came through the drive through her services was rude very disrespectful cause I ask her for sauce she said no I had to pay $25 cents and that’s fine why didn’t she tell me this before pay this is very ridiculous of Popeyes cause I think if you purchase any meals every meal should come with sauce.. I park went inside I did curse cause the lady that took care me I believe her name was Majah she seems to be Indian gave me attitude and definitely a turn off she shouldn’t treat customer like this specially Haledon resident from the town my order was (order 56) to date was June 17 2023 time 8:45 pm .. now Maria the other manager I did apologize but she was great she did solve my issue but no way we gonna allow anyone to disrespect me if I am supporting a business that don’t care about the customer look at the rating.. not sure but customer’s satisfaction goes a long way and I hope someone from corporate sees this

This was my first time trying Popeyes. The restaurant was clean and the food was great! Fast service, no wait time. Chicken and biscuits were fresh! The bad reviews do not do any justice to the service I received nor the quality of the food. Keep it up Popeyes crew!

Some of food I received was already half eaten! I noticed this when I got home with my food. As I started eating my food, I saw this and was utterly disgusted. I now wonder how much of my food was picked at or eaten before I received it. I feel sick that I am eating someone else’s leftovers. This place is unsanitary!
