We ordered DoorDash at night and received not even half our food, we only recieved one out of twelve items which is absurd. so we called the door dasher and he said the store only gave him one bag and even cooperated and helped in any way he could. so we went in person and the manager “Angelica” wasn’t being very helpful and told me that we need to get a refund from door dash and to call them. When she could’ve given us the food like any other food chain so then we wouldn’t have to write this review she said she won’t and can’t do anything when we literally only got 1 out of 12 items. I asked her for the person in charge of her and she refused to give me her name or when she would show up to the McDonald’s. We did as she asked and called DoorDash just to get half of a refund. We told her we would go through the drive through again to order the food ourselves, so we did and they had the audacity to tell us they only had two items on the menu, when they could’ve told us when we first spoke . I do not recommend coming here. I really hope the owner does something about the workers including the manager . I would also appreciate if the owner replied to this review as they did with almost all the other 1 start reviews on this location. Good luck to whoever decides to go .

Good morning,
I am a frequent customer at the McDonald’s located at 11575 Quail Roost Dr in Miami, FL. I usually stop by between 6:40 and 6:45 AM on my way to work to purchase a McCafé macchiato.
Unfortunately, almost every time I go, the McCafé machine is in cleaning mode and unavailable. I completely understand that the machine must be cleaned daily for hygiene and safety reasons, and I truly appreciate that.
However, since this happens consistently around the same time, I would like to respectfully suggest scheduling the automatic cleaning cycle earlier, around 5:00 AM, when there are typically fewer customers.
The current timing affects customers who rely on early morning coffee before work. I hope management can review this scheduling to better serve morning customers.

I visited the drive-thru today and was honestly disgusted with the customer service. The employee handed me food without confirming my order and closed the window quickly without verifying anything. One lady handed me someone else’s order and told me to give her the food back like the mistake wasn’t on her end she just blamed me. I’ve never experienced this at other locations. I value good service and hope this location can improve in professionalism and communication.

Went to this location and had to repeat my order 3 times after waiting 10 minutes in drive thru. Pulled up to the window and the “supposed” manager tells me when I asked why I had to repeat my order 3 times after waiting, what’s going on? Tells me that they don’t speak English. I asked for her name and she tells me her name has nothing to do with it! And continued to state she don’t speak English and what did I order? This is truly disrespectful in America where the naive language is English and to be made fun of is while being in America speaking the American language English is an abomination!

I placed my order through Uber and ordered 3 shakes of different flavors. I think it’s disrespectful to see the quality of these shakes. They tasted like milk, not a drop of flavor. I’m really disappointed with the quality of the products. My children were left without their drinks because I really didn’t like the taste of the shakes.

The smell in this restaurant is horrible. Went through the drive-thru and the smell coming out through the window was very bad. It smelled like rotten milk or something. On top of that, they asked me to move forward to wait for my order. After 5 minutes waiting they came out with my order. When I checked the bag half of my order was missing. I had to honk my car’s horn to get their attention to get the rest of my order. There weren’t that many cars in the drive thru so I didnt know why the hold up.

Quick service went in ate breakfast for both my mother and I no hassle no problem quicker to order in walk in than slow moving drive thru. Handicap parking metro bus routes are available for ♿ and close proximity with routes 1 and 52.
