Ordered in the app 10 minutes before arriving, arrived and was told they “closed 20 minutes ago” even though they’re open until 4 AM and it was 3:30 AM at the time. Employee was rude and walked away when I asked for help getting refund.

The chicken strips were really thin like paper and weren’t fully cooked all the way through, and the workers don’t listen very well when you make your order… Then when about something you ordered but don’t have it they tell you that you never ordered it “They don’t pay attention or listen!!!! Ugh I will never go there ever again and just for 2 orders one was 6 chicken strips, with fries, and a strawberry cheesecake and soda, then the other was one spicy chicken sandwich and fries with a soda and it all came to almost $60.00 that’s totally ridiculous so they lost my business quick!

12/3/2024 Approx around 3:35-3:42 AM at be manager at this location was fixing food. He dropped the entire box of food to the ground a piece of chicken fell out the box to the ground. The manager used the food clamps to pick the chicken up put it back into the box and put the box to the counter. I informed him not to make my food with that food clamp. The manager then added sauce to the chicken and bagged it for a DoorDash or Uber eats order. This was extremely disgusting to witness food fall to the ground and be picked up and still served for someone. Please be mindful when going to this Popeyes.

For some reason, Popeyes in the hood sucks. We tried the strawberry biscuit. We were afraid to eat it. It did not look like the picture. It was dry, and it looked fake. We took one bite and threw it away. Chicken wings weren’t any better. They don’t make sure the chicken is covered with the sauce.
