This Popeyes location is a complete disaster. They consistently mess up orders, and somehow it keeps getting worse. I ordered rice and beans and when I got home, it was just beans. How do you even mess that up?
This is not the first time this has happened. They repeatedly forget items, give the wrong food, or just don’t care enough to check orders before handing them out. That’s not an occasional mistake, that’s pure incompetence.
I tried calling the store to resolve it and their phone is disconnected. No way to reach them, no accountability, no customer service. And I’m supposed to waste gas and time driving all the way back because they can’t do their jobs correctly? Absolutely not.
This place is poorly run from top to bottom. Management clearly doesn’t care, staff clearly doesn’t care, and customers are left dealing with the consequences. If you don’t want to double check every single item in your bag or get ripped off, do not come here.
This location seriously needs new management or to shut its doors, because the way it operates now is unacceptable.

If you want to wait 15+ min for a sandwich this is the place for you. Update: The sandwich I got was 70% deep fry and barely any meat, I couldn’t even eat the whole thing cause of the loads of deep fry on the sandwich. The person at the window gave me a straw without a wrapper and with no gloves on too. As I’m writing this I feel ill in my stomach, not sure what’s in this sandwich. Don’t come here unless you want to be disrespected and served improper food.

I just left this Popeyes on Silas Deane Highway. When I got home noticed I didn’t get my pies. I tried using the app to voice my complaint but it was of no help. It asked me to pick the item from my order that was incorrect, but gave me a blank list to choose from. Then when I tried contacting the store directly. I kept getting hung up on, as if the phone was disconnected. So now I have to waste my time and gas to go all the way back over there to speak to someone about my issue. Super disappointed. Y’all gotta do better. Food & gas are too expensive for this.
Edit/Update: I did return to the store for my pies, and they were nice enough to give me extra for the inconvenience. Which I appreciate.

i ordered through uber eats, i got free chicken wings with a $15 dollar purchase ( i got the 4pc chicken dinner meal). the wings were SO BAD. 0/10 do NOT recommend. they looked so good too it was such a disappointment. but luckily the meal that i actually paid for wasn’t bad at all. the fries were great, the chicken was good. i don’t like their biscuits but my mom LOVES them.

I ordered food here, the item didn’t get delivered and they refused to refund me for the food I paid for but DID NOT receive… terrible customer service and borderline theft? Mind you they did not put an entree in the bag, it was not an issue with the delivery service (I confirmed with the driver before reaching out to the restaurant). I couldn’t get through to a person because their phone line doesn’t work. Then I was forced to use their help feature on their website and they gave me a 24-48 hour return time meanwhile no way to fix the issue of not having food to eat that I paid for. When their corporate office did get back to me they legitimately offered me a $5 coupon toward my next order (which isn’t even equivalent to the item that wasn’t served). Unfortunately I will have to report this as fraud on my card as they are refusing to refund even the value of the item despite me paying for a good they did not provide. Insane.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the chicken sandwich I recently purchased. The sandwich was quite oily, and unfortunately, I did not enjoy the taste. I ended up discarding it. I sincerely hope that you will address this issue and regain my trust. I am optimistic that my next experience will be more positive. If not, I will have to give your Louisiana kitchen food a zero-star rating.

I’ve never posted any complaint for restaurants because I’m able to typically solve matters directly with management via a phone call or email. However, that is not possible with this location. The phone number says that are ‘not accepting calls at this time’. And their customer service is a chat that clearly uses ai and cannot function correctly.

My wife and I ordered drive thru on Sunday 9/21 between 130pm and 145pm (around that time frame). We ordered the #1 sandwich combo with fries, a doctor pepper, and a pie. The total order was roughly $17 and some change. This morning I looked at my bank statement online and I was charged $26.66! How is that possible? I tried to call the number to get this corrected and I cannot get a hold of the restaurant as if the phone is basically disconnected. I reached out to Popeye’s customer service online and they don’t have any human beings answering the phone. It disconnects the call and prompts me to deal with an online ai chat that also leads to nowhere.

I don’t want to have to contact my bank to let them know that this was a fraudulent charge before talking to someone, but there are no other options for me to speak with anyone unless I go to the restaurant itself, which is way out of the way.

This has been a terrible customer experience and I am not recommending Popeye’s to anyone. These situations could be avoided. I’m sorry

***there is no way for me to reply back so I’m placing this here as an addendum. To the owner who responded, thank you for your response. I do not feel comfortable sharing my last 4 digits of my card but I can come into the restaurant tomorrow in person and share the details if that is ok. Thank you. Ordered delivery directly from the website. Received the wrong food. Online customer service did nothing. Tried calling the store directly and didn’t go through. Went to the store the guy at the counter said there was nothing he can do. The manager came over and gave me the ‘right’ order. I ordered 10 pieces of chicken. Only got 6. Ordered a regular fry and it was missing. By time I got the right order it was cold and they wouldn’t remake.

I placed an order on 2/7/26 for a delivery on 2/8/26 @ 4:30pm. The blasted delivery came one hour late and still missing items from my order. WTH Popeyes? And when I’m trying to call the store, then call is automatically ending. THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING & UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOUR LOCATION AGAIN!!!

I had bad experience, and this is not the first time happened. I ordered some tenders with fries and picked it up. But when I arrived home I didn’t see the fries. Everytime I picked up. There was always something lost.
