I ordered a pizza for delivery! It showed up thrown in the box, burnt and missing the toppings that should have been on it. This is the most disgusting pizza I have ever had delivered. What poor service! What you see in photo is how it showed up at my house.

Their quality control has not been what it was. We eat there 2-3 times a month and the consistency is not there. I always ask for extra bbq sauce and have not been getting it. The pizza is dry.

Leaving the rest of this review for posterity. Dominoes has really improved on getting our orders correct so leaving a 2 star just isn’t appropriate anymore. Appreciate your efforts.
I’m not sure why dominoes forgets the Buffalo sauce on my pizza but it is a consistent issue, even at other dominoes. I used to work for dominoes and I’m not sure why the easiest step is always missed.
Edit: reducing my review to 1 star. About the 6th time this establishment forgot to put the Buffalo sauce on my pizza, a manager or someone apologized and added a note to our account to not forget the Buffalo sauce. Unfortunately, this does not seem to be resolved and I am still paying for a product that is consistently delivered to me unfinished. I suppose that is on me. Fool me once and all that. They are always happy to fix it but the inconvenience of having to go to the store or have them remake the whole thing is outweighing the convenience of the delivery service.
When I worked for Dominoes we put a sticker on the boxes for what exactly should be in the box so when it is taken out of the oven the quality check could be properly done and it would be fit to send out. This dominoes chooses not to do that and it’s lack of quality control is the consequence.
New update: after our pizza was incorrect tonight, my wife called to explain the situation and they had a new pizza delivered. Wouldn’t you know it, THIS PIZZA WAS MISSING THE BUFFALO SAUCE TOO. HOW DO YOU GET ALERTED TO THE ISSUE AND CHOOSE TO MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AGAIN?!
We drove to the store with both pizzas and the gentleman who assisted us was extremely nice. He fixed the pizzas, was very apologetic, and gave us a credit for the future. The employees we have to speak to to get these mistakes corrected are always nice and are the only reason we continue to order here.
Here we are one year later and they still can’t get an order right…

Had an online order, it was on Prep at 638pm.
Went up to the store at 705pm. They still haven’t started my order. They have 4 guys on line, 1 oven/quality check…and a screen full of red orders..
Then im informed itll be about 15-30 more minutes because they are focused on delivery first then carryout..

We recently booked a party here for my 4 year old daughter. We booked with Jared and he was beyond amazing and kind. When we showed up they had a table with all the pizza works for the kids to decorate their own pizzas. It was very affordable which is so nice especially with how expensive things are right now everywhere . The party was so fun ! The whole staff that was there were so friendly and amazing ! I couldn’t be more thankful ! I highly recommend! Also pizzas tasted great !

They have all of their delivery cars parked in the very front of the store so customers have to park on the back row.

They have really gotten so slow. Submit your order with at least an hour buffer from when you actually want the order. I made the mistake of ordering pizzas for a little kid’s birthday party with a pick-up of 12:15, and they were over 45 minutes late.

I order pies (pizza) from them probably a couple times a month on average. I really like the app as it’s simple to use. I can order when I get off work and be there to pick it up and head home in no time at all. I sure love the buttery garlic crust. Staff is friendly and they always do a great job making my pie and I really appreciate it. Domino’s has always been a favorite giving me tasty foods at a good price for a happy pizza mind. I hope they someday have Dominos on the moon, Mars and Titan.
