I’ve never gotten Popeyes before and I live fairly close to this one, the other location is in roslindale which is much further. We drove there and once we got to the drive through to order it was all downhill from there. We had to repeat our order several times only to pull up to the window and start all over again. Our order was very simple I’m not sure why there was so much confusion. I took a picture of the receipt for proof. The kept telling us there would be no drink with the 8pc family style and we kept telling them we don’t want a drink. It was very uncomfortable pulling up to the window to two staff members practically hanging out the window giving us attitude instead of trying to clarify the order. After the experience it did not matter how the chicken tasted, the customer service left such a bad taste to begin with. I will not be returning to this location, I’d rather drive a little further for staff that actually know what customer service is.

I love the app you get really good deals. Whenever I order on the app, the food is always ready when I get there. The fries are great strawberry lemonade is bomb. The staff here is actually nice. Whenever the drive-through gets jammed, I just parked in the front and go in and pick up food when I order it from the app

Ample parking however I solely use the Drive Thru. Staff seem efficient, never a really long line when I go. Chicken is just ok. Kind of rubbery. On- the -bone- chicken is veiny and not good. I personally love my KFC but give this place a try because it’s near my job. Unless desperate, I will just go elsewhere.

Delicious fried chicken, everything came in abundance, I have never seen so much fries in one take like that in my life. The service was a bit slow, but other than that everything was copacetic. Definitely – with more time to spare – we will come back.

The food was great, the only problem was that there was no where to park, I was afraid that my car was going to be hit. Just trying to get into the drive way I was literally on the street where I was holding up traffic. Other than that the biscuit and hot out of the grease spicy breast was the BOMB .

Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been. They gave me tiny pieces of chicken and casually threw in like ten fries into a paper bag. People were extremely rude too. The older lady couldn’t stop chatting and completely ignored me. I don’t care about service but it’s just bad manner that really annoyed me.

I went to this establishment last night ordered 2 chicken breast’s no sides no drink! I bill was $9.67! I get home and realized one piece was a chicken thigh and the other breast was as small as the thigh! I will never ever go to Popeyes again they are clearly ripping off consumers don’t waste your time or money!

Well after spending about $55 the tenders were decent and recieved a good deal of the which was a 12 pc. The biscuits were great and plentiful. And I got a 4-Piece Fried Chicken with bones there was nothing to write home about and now for the bad side of things. The apple pie although quite delicious was quite skimpy and unappealing. The fries as you saw in the picture that’s how many we got for the price we paid for a 12 piece meal and also we received one small size drink for a 12 piece meal which is done in a couple sips with all the ice that was in there. The sauces was pretty good as well I got to say and we got quite a few extra to put in the lazy Tiffany

Terrible service. Never got what I wanted. Even after the asking me 4 times. And I Repeated it 4 times. They asked me to wait in a spot and would bring it out to me. Another customer came to my window and said the guy at the window wants you to go to him. So I had to go walk to the window where he then asked me what I was getting AGAIN! So I told him. Still couldn’t give me what I wanted. Nothing I wanted I got. After I got back to my car and he then held my food out the window and had to walk back to go get my food. Just terrible and the food sucks. They are so rude. He even sighed when I asked if they had hot sauce. Like oh I’m sorry for asking for sauce.
