Great bagels, but!, it’s not often the staff follows directions. Last Saturday morning I placed an order for pick-up the next day, late Sunday morning. When I went to get it, it wasn’t ready … no one even started it. I was pressed for time … and had to wait. I asked why it wasn’t ready and all I got was a blank stare. And lately they aren’t following directions on what I order.

I have never had an issue with Bagel Pantry–up until today. I asked for a Turkery Bacon Egg and Cheese on a roll and received this. If I ate red meat I would’ve just kept it, but I don’t so I went back inside. I was told this is turkey bacon. I’ve never seen turkey bacon look like this in my life. But please correct me if I’m wrong. I didn’t argue about it. I just took the sandwich back and left, but I’m really disappointed because there’s no way this is turkey bacon.

Quality is barely average sometimes you get a bagel with enough cream cheese sometimes you don’t and you only get napkins if you ask for some reason. And can you turn the heat on? It’s freezing in there just barely average I don’t know what happened to this place

I’m definitely disappointed with this place. I ordered 2 bagels, toasted with butter. Can’t get any easier than that. Right? Wrong!!! Obviously the bagel is definitely not toasted properly and I have a slab of butter on each of my bagels. Simply horrible. And of course I am working and on the road. So I can’t turn around and get a new order but with that being said. If it was done right the 1st time, then I shouldn’t have to go back. Anyway, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. You’ve been warned
