Food was Great ! Customer service was Trash. Rude telling you to pull up n a parking space after paying for a meal. Told sitting there makes it seem like they are taking to long. I replayed, you all are…. Response was we just waiting on fries. Cool I’ll wait on my fries with my meal. Mind you NO ONE was n the line or inside. Literally no reason. When I didn’t move a instant attitude arised. If they food wasn’t good I’d given it a one. Wouldn’t go back merely because the customer service. It’s another chicken place across the street. Stop forcing drive thru customers to park for basic orders… we want to part we’d dine in. I ordered a 2 piece thigh and a wing. Open my bag it’s a Thigh and Leg. Asking me to pull over but u can’t get the only customer there order correct. Speaks volumes.

Every time we go here, it’s something. One time they were out of a lot of items. This last time they said 7 minutes on the strips, and we ended up there almost 25 minutes. We get home and not have the right size on a side dish and the wrong chicken in the other. And the dipping sauce was missing.

great location right off I-495 making it very convenient. food was great ordered inside and the place was very clean. only downside is they just missed my dessert biscuit but it’s ok cause they make up for it with the quantity of food you get. i got a 3pc tender and they still gave almost 6 and a big helping off fries. well worth the money i will be frequenting this location over salem NH

Popeyes is Popeyes..It is fast food so nothing is that amazing, but the chicken. I like this Lawrence location though because it’s clean and the line is moving. I always get good hot food and it’s the shortest wait time of any Popeyes I’ve been to .

This place is horrible. Always out of everything, always messes up the order. Ordered a 5 piece tender with fries. Open it up when I get back to work and it doesn’t have fries or a biscuit. Save the frustration and just go to the Salem NH location. The management and employees at Lawrence are clearly incompetent.

I ordered food for uber eats and that’s what I got, raw chicken, not well cooked. The other day I went to buy and they did not take care of me because there were not enough personnel, that is what they said. If you can’t have an open place with good service, better close.
