Simply Terrible. We all go to Popeyes for their iconic FRIED chicken and I happened to head over after just finishing up coaching on a Friday night . I went through drive through and me and one of my players who I was taking home , pulled up to order and nobody answered. We then waited about 7 minutes before someone finally answered.
He took our order and we pulled up. We got our food in a reasonable amount of time, and headed on our way.
When we arrived back to our home, we went to open up our food and what I witness was not fried chicken. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich combo and I received a piece of undercooked GRILLED chicken that was just thrown in between to buns with WAY too much mayo. I was so disappointed. Not only was it not even fried chicken but it was undercooked. The chicken tenders my player ordered weren’t cooked properly through either.
I understand it was around 930pm but Popeyes needs to do better with who they hire. These young kids now a day don’t care about work ethic and I’m getting tired of ordering overpriced food and it not being even up to par , let alone cooked.

I went like 10 min ago and I’m upset so I’m going to write this review. All I asked for was a 3 piece chicken tender freshly made. I said I don’t mind waiting the place closes at 11pm and it is 9:20pm. The manager was rude and told me it was fresh when it was not. Then she tells me it came out 6 minutes ago. I have been to that Popeyes plenty of times before the chicken tenders were not fresh. I told her I don’t mind waiting I said it again nicely then she told me the kitchen stops cooking all the food at 9:30 and they serve that food until they run out…. So your telling me if someone comes at 10:30 to order fries your going to give them the ones that have been there since 9:30. Eww. Her energy was dismissive and I ended up asking for my money back and giving her back the tenders that were not fresh. As a manger she would have handled a situation better and not been rude her name was Maribel or something w a M a rude lady that needs a new job. I just wanted some chicken tenders.

Food was delicious and fresh!! You know how to tell when a chicken is fresh .
Staff was really helpful, nice, kind and patient while i tried to decide what to order hahaha.
The only thing I missed, were socket plugs. That’s why 4/5 in atmosphere… We were on a trip and after some miles, we really needed to charge our phones.
Besides that, ALL GOOD!

Food was good but was cold , my daughter was charged over $60 an never told me till we were farther away. So they ripped her off an iam not happy with this steeling situation. Location was down the road from Wesley college. Can only imagine how much being taken from these kids an others

GET NEW SUPERVISOR AND WORKERS THAT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND NOT SPEAK SPANISH IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER NOT ASSUMING THEY DON’T UNDERSTAND ONE I DEFINITELY DO UNDERSTAND THEY WERE TALKING DISRESPECTING ME IN SPANISH. YOU DEFINITELY NEED TO GET NEW SUPERVISOR AND EMPLOYEES. THEY MESSED UP MY WHOLE ORDER DIDN’T REALIZE UNTIL I GOT HOME AND THEY DIDN’T HELP ME WHEN I WENT BACK SAID IT WAS MY MISTAKE

The atmosphere of this Popeyes was amazing. Smelled fantastic when I walked in, and everything was exceptionally clean. The food was fresh, the chicken was wonderfully crispy, and the taste was phenomenal. One of the best fast food dining experiences I’ve ever had. I also tried the pickle glaze wings because they sounded unique. They were definitely an interesting flavor.

I waited 20 minutes for an order I placed in the lobby- just two chicken dipper basket combos. The store was not busy, there was one person waiting for their food and the drive thru was empty when we ordered. I saw my food waiting on the back counter to be served for many minutes before they actually called my number, they called my number when I finally got frustrated enough and went to check on our food. When I actually got my order we were missing biscuits and our sauce. The employees weren’t exactly nice, either. You get fast food for QUICK service- this was the exact opposite. The food wasn’t great either- not the regular Popeyes I’m used to.
