We often order from here and we’re very disappointed with our pizza tonight, it got squished in delivery some how and when we opened the box the cheese had stuck to the top of the box and it was ruined, I didn’t waste my time calling because any time we do they tell us we have to drive there to pick up a new pizza.. very disappointed.

The good: Ordered 2 pizzas online. They arrived on time, still warm and friendly delivery driver.
The not so good: The crust was paper thin and pizza was so salty it made me and my family sick.
I had no issues in the past with other locations but won’t buy pizza hut from this location again unless quality improves.

I ordered a large pepperoni and added sausage to it, thinking I didn’t need to add the pepperoni Again cause that pizza clearly said a large Pepperoni pizza. Yet it only had sausage? Waste of $13 dollars. The pan sized pizza was fine. If the pizza product says Pepperoni pizza the workers should still make sure pepperoni is there and customers shouldn’t have to Pay extra for what is clearly labeled as a Pepperoni pizza. Companies can get sued for false advertising. A large pepperoni pizza, should automatically come with Pepperoni if the title of said pizza is a Large Pepperoni pizza. Bad customer service.

They prioritize delivery over carryout orders. Be prepared to wait much longer than the app says for your food. Fully staffed and still running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Very disappointed!

I placed an order online for delivery 2 hours before closing and it took them almost an hour just to prepare it and then I waited an extra 45 mins and they cancelled it 10 mins before they closed. I get it wasn’t the best timing but 2 hours should have been plenty enough for 2 pizzas and some wings. Not the first terrible experience at this location and it really puts a damper on the Pizza Hut franchise. I’ll start taking my business elsewhere and hopefully help a few people before they make a terrible choice. TERRIBLE LOCATION DO NOT RECOMMENDED

Very poor customer service. Messed up the toppings on both pizzas I ordered and said they would email me to resolve things and never did. Ridiculous when they charge a couple bucks for each topping, don’t include them, then do nothing to make it right.
I won’t be coming here again anytime soon. Not when I’m charged for several toppings I don’t even get.

They were fast . My order was 16.48 for a large 3 topping pizza . 3.99 of that was their delivery fee. Which several times they reminded me did not include tip. Well I am sorry but there delivery fee was 1/4 of the price of my pizza. Then I ordered extra mushrooms and boy am I glad I did . Otherwise I may have wondered if there was a mushroom at all.
The Driver arrives and I hand him a 20 and he ask if I want change. I says yes. Because remember this is really a 12.48 pizza . Why would I want to pay an extra 7.50 ? That is crazy? Then he says well I do not have any change. I ask why? he says no one has every wanted any in the year I have worked here. I highly doubt that. And I want my change. In retail you always have to be ready for that one time . I am just so tired of companies squeezing you for every last nickle. I get times are tough. They are tough for all of us. This is the second week in a row there was a mistake. The first one there was no extra cheese I ordered. They gave me $15 credit for my next order which was awesome. I ordered this week and I ordered extra cheese stuffed crust. I set the delivery for 4 pm, they were ni show by 4:30. I called and they let me know they had one driver, no big but I let them know they should have a text alert or something for their customers. I got my order and there is no way there is the 24 oz of cheese they say the stuffed crust has plus the extra cheese I ordered on this pizza. One more of these and I won’t order form them anymore. They need to look at papa Murphy’s and dominos for topping comparison.
