Seriously, that’s a quail thighs not a chicken. I’ve never seem any thigh from a chicken so small. Ok I agree it’s from a promo big box. But still I paid $7, that shouldn’t made it to the store period.

I ordered two Buffalo ranch sandwiches for my boyfriend and I (we both love the spicy chicken sandwich). After getting home, we both discovered that the “sandwich” was made incorrectly and an absolute embarrassment to Popeyes. There were no pickles, almost no sauce, and the chicken was so tiny that it made handing the sandwich difficult. The taste was almost non-existent and I couldn’t finish it.
I’m truly lost for words and wish I had looked in the bag before getting home. The product isn’t even close to what is advertised. I am assuming that this is a location specific problem because I have had previous issues with the Leominster location staff caring very little about performing their job correctly. They are often rude and unapologetic about issues with orders or how they’ve mishandled something. Don’t go to this location if you have other options. Better yet, don’t go to this location even if you don’t have options and just opt into a different food choice (you won’t likely be pleased if you get the pathetic sandwich that I encountered today).
I’ve attached photos of both of our sandwiches for others to see and be warned.

Placed an order w insta cart. Received someone else’s order. They order a big box w biscuits, rice & beans, wings & fries. Their order, which was delivered to my house was incorrect. No rice & beans, no biscuits. Insta cart support sent me to Uber eats who were useless. The chicken is delicious. I will never order delivery from here again, would try it in person to verify I’m getting what I paid for.

It was clean. The staff was very friendly. Even thank us for coming.
The manager came by to check on us.

I came back to this location again because I was told they have improved in all categories. I am happy to say they have.
Good customer service, hot food when you order it & a clean restaurant. My only complaints are the availability of spicy chicken & a more up kept soda fountain area. They were busy when I went & didn’t get a soda. So that could explain it this time. Though the former seems to be a regular trend.

I live an hour away. I had to travel out to get my phone repaired, and there was a Popeyes next door, and I haven’t been to a Popeye’s in Forever. It’s worth going just for the biscuits salty and buttery and delicious.
If you get the lemonade, let it sit for a few minutes so it can settle, I took my first step and I thought it was watered down but a few minutes later it takes you so much better it just needed to settle

Definitely won’t be back again. It’s now Monday and after getting food on Saturday night around 8, we’re still not back to ourselves. Not only was the food( 2 honey mustard wraps and a spicy bacon & cheese chicken sandwich combo meal) not as good as usual, our stomachs have not returned to what they should be.. and that was with not finishing the food. We have gotten Popeyes in the past without issues but this whole experience has made it so we’ll likely never return
