They just opened, and the place was a madhouse! I wasn’t even greeted when I walked in. The two managers were screaming and yelling at their team. The tone was completely unprofessional. You simply don’t degrade your people like that! They also won’t let you use the app, so no coupons, deals, or pre-orders. I wanted to use my 10-piece meal coupon, but I was denied by the manager, who rudely told that they weren’t accepting app or online orders. If this is what Popeyes is turning into, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Had to give a shout out to the new Popeyes after opening day yesterday! Yes, the lines are long (no surprise there), but the food has been hot, fresh, and absolutely worth the wait.
The staff has also been really friendly despite how busy it’s been, which says a lot during an opening rush.
If you’re thinking about trying it, just bring a little patience and you’ll leave with some pretty great chicken.

The chicken was amazing delicious and spiced just right and just the right amount of juice. The coleslaw was delicious. The mashed potatoes were spiced just right and also delicious. I will definitely be coming back for more, however I may wait until it’s not so crowded as it was Thursday March 12th 2026 in the afternoon. However I noted the hours.
