Went thru the drive thru after 9pm. We had a short wait but it was fine. I had coupons to use. I found it strange they asked for coupon code rather than the paper coupon. Biscuits were awesome! Chicken was good but seemed to be overly breaded.

The night crew here is the worst I’ve ever encountered the lady taking my order couldn’t keep her attention on the task at hand long enough to properly take my order resulting in a drink missing from my order then upon mentioning that a drink was missing she immediately got an attitude with me. So my message to her is if fast food is too fast paced kindly find an industry that’s suitable for you

I ordered on popeyes app after snowstorm and the order was charged to my debit card. When my husband went to pick the order up the manager Girar was rude and said it was a mistake. I called the next day and for 2 days after to be told they cant help me and Girar (if thats even his name) hung up on me. It wasnt cheap it was $38 but I will never go there again. Ill drive elsewhere.

Site is open till 2 am, I place my order at 11:01 pm and have to wait 28 minutes for my order. Meanwhile I count 13 cars that come through the drive through and pass me while I wait. For a two sandwich order. Never again will I patronize this Popeyes.
