Located in the Plaza Hotel, Pop up Pizza is a refreshing addition to Downtown Las Vegas. Pop Up embodies the soul of a New York pizzeria with a modern approach. Outside of the modern design and intimate setting, the food is center stage backed by scratch recipes made with passion and care. Fresh ingredients, homemade tomato sauce, and a secret dough recipe (made daily) make the pizza stand out above the rest.

Modest option for pizza, wings & salads, plus vegan options, offering take-out & delivery.

I ordered a veggies slice that “looked” good to the eye, but was under-cooked.

Chris was such a great pleasure to work with. They didn’t have the pizza I wanted and he took the time to make this possible. The pizza was great. I love biting into the pizza and tasting all the great flavors of a margarita pizza. Definitely coming back!

This place is understaffed and what staff is there is rude. Pizza was okay garlic knots were burnt on the bottom and stale.

The pizza is really not that good, it’s very dry and lacks flavor with the sauce. It’s a very small eating area, but it was clean.

The guy here is rude and does not know how to make a pizza. Lol let’s just put toppings on the edge. Like come on… Have some pride in what you serve people. His attitude is worse than the pizza and treats you like you’re bothering him.

Pizza was thicker than anticipated, but the entire crust was delicious. Idk what our how, but in not a crust person, but ate this happily. Chick working the register seemed annoyed was her default, but could be cuz of the folks she has to deal with (it’s in a casino on fremont st, lots of drunks and tourists). Anyway, definitely would do again. Also got wings. Delicious, too. A bit pricey for the wings, but that’s cuz I could eat a bucket full.

This place is absolutely terrible. It could really be a nice pizza joint for people to come to staying at the plaza. The cashier Felicia was as rude as can be. I had to wait for her for minutes for her to even acknowledge me. As soon as she did she stared at me and just waited for me to say something first. The pizza itself is pretty gross as well. It had been sitting out probably since they opened and all they do is re-warm it. As well as the garlic knots. Very very disappointed.
