Casual and clean. Server was a little inattentive. Vegan tofu pad Thai was good but was a little heavy on the oil, light on tamarind, and no basil. That being said, the veggies were fresh, not frozen and the noodles were cooked just right.

I tried this place for the first time today and it didn’t disappoint. We had the Pop Thai fried rice, fried cream cheese wonton, Thai crackle shrimp, tofu panang curry, pad se-ew, tamago nigiri, and unagi nigiri. All of the food was good, except I don’t think the fried cream cheese wonton actually had shrimp in it although it’s supposed to. The Pop Thai fried rice had a lot of lump crab meat, and shrimp. I got it medium, so it had a nice kick to it. It was delicious! The Thai crackle shrimp was crispy and good. Unfortunately the shrimp did have tails on them. The fried cream cheese wonton was good, except for the lack of shrimp. The tofu panang curry was good and had a nice kick to it, although it wasn’t very hot for how Thai hot should be, but honestly I haven’t been to a place where Thai hot is too hot for me, and I don’t have much spice tolerance. The pad se-ew, and both nigiris were good. I definitely want to come back and try some other dishes.

I went to Pop Thai for Sunday lunch, and the experience was really enjoyable. They have a really nice hot ginger tea, as well as other hot teas and the standard sodas. We tried the spring rolls and the ebi roll- spring rolls were really hot and crunchy like they’d just come out of the frier, and the ebi roll was really tasty and fresh, with a nice crunch from all the veggies. We ordered some sushi rolls, a red shrimp curry, a Thai paradise (fried fish with green curry), and a salmon and avocado salad. The presentation on all of the dishes was beautiful, and everything was fresh and well prepared. The shrimp were great because they weren’t over cooked, and were quite juicy.

I had the pleasure of dining at this exceptional Thai restaurant and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance transported me to Thailand with its charming decor and warm lighting. The menu offered a diverse range of authentic Thai dishes bursting with flavors that were an absolute treat for my taste buds. The service was impeccable, with the staff being attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. If you’re a fan of Thai cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit. It’s an unforgettable culinary journey that I can’t wait to embark on again!

I decided not to take my phone into the restaurant so no pictures on this review… sorry but I will say pop Thai has a nice, warm and welcoming feeling when you enter. They were very attentive to us and reminded us the kitchen was closing in case we wanted to order anymore food or desert which I thought was very thoughtful. I has the Stars and Stripes roll and the JB roll. I didn’t like the taste of warm cream cheese on the JB roll. I know it was a fried roll but I guess having hot cream cheese was an afterthought. The stars and strips was very tasty except they didn’t leave the tuna nice square pieces. They beat the tuna here. When I say that I mean they cut it and cut it and chop it until it’s mush. I feel that it takes the integrity away from the fish and doesn’t taste the same. The appetizer combo A was delicious and the mango sake was perfect. #tryit

Excellent food. Service was great. Prices are super fair. I tried the Hot Thai Basil. Medium. Almost died. Need to learn to read, misinterpreted the word hot. Fantastic experience. Will definitely be returning.
