ZERO star!!

One of the worst airport food experiences I’ve ever had.

Staff refused to take orders at the counter and insisted everyone use the kiosk only. After placing our order and paying at the kiosk, they started preparing the food and then told us they were out of the item we ordered. When we asked why it was still showing as available on the kiosk, the response was argumentative and dismissive, as if they were doing us a favor instead of fixing their own system issue.

When we requested a refund, we were told the manager was not available and that a refund wasn’t possible. We were forced to accept a replacement item we didn’t even want and ultimately didn’t eat. Just because I asked questions, they delayed making our food further.

Poor communication, zero customer service, and a very frustrating experience, especially while traveling. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.

Frustrating when an airport food vendor does not move at the pace of the airport. Slow service and a flattened breakfast croissant, heavily microwaved. ABC do better.

Not recommended. We went for a coffee and a bagel. Highly inefficient. Go only if you have all the time in the world. Took forever just to get the bagel. Even with four customers ahead of me, it took 35 minutes end-to-end for them just to get me the bagel. In the meantime, an airport friend of theirs got her stuff ahead of mine. I took the bagel and forgot the coffee, in the rush of things as the boarding had started. Went back to get it right away but the lady said she’ll have to make it from scratch which will take about 7-8 more minutes. To her credit, she offered to take anything from the soft drinks section.
Definitely not recommended.

An experience I would not repeat or recommend

Ordered a muffin & a filter coffee.
Was literally 1 of 3 customers and it took them 10min to poor me a coffee, asking 2x in between what I am waiting for.

Also, they didn’t know about allergens in the food “we don’t know, we just get it delivered”

And the muffin was not baked properly very doughy and taste wasn’t great either.
I had better from the supermarket around the corner

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Now that I’m sitting down at my gate reading others reviews. I concur with them. Terrible experience. The associates here, shouldn’t work here nor anywhere. LAZY is the only word to describe them. Zero professionalism, zero customer service and zero sense of urgency working AT AN AIRPORT. I fly a lot but I haven’t flown out of Atlanta in a minute. Not bashing the whole airport but just this area is a no go. Never have I experienced the slowness like this. Agreed with others that they prioritize their friends and in my instance they told me the chick that was three people down from me getting her order first, was because she ordered a cold sandwich. Like huh? You think this is the first restaurant I order from? It works in ticket numbers- or at least should. I hope this place gets enough negative reviews that someone sees and investigates. As a manager for a big company, I would never accept this attitude from associates. Do better please.

So incredibly rude. All I wanted was to check out at the counter with 2 bottles of water from the display. The lady told me to order at the kiosk. When I said I just needed the 2 waters, not to place a food order, she rolled her eyes and said “I don’t have time for this today,” and sent her female coworker to check me out at the register. So unnecessarily rude. Avoid.

Understaffed on a Saturday afternoon, couldn’t handle communication/prep of orders for handful of people. Staff had multiple arguments with customers on what was ordered from an auto-pay kiosk, and no flow on where to stand to confirm/receive orders. Seems like a franchise/management operation issue. (Salad was good/large portion). I felt bad with that they were lacking support for staff.

This is for the Atlanta Bread in ATL Terminal F. This one only has the bakery/deli, no table service or full restaurant menu (full service is in Terminal A). I got a pumpkin magic muffin top, and I was pretty pleased with it. It seemed relatively fresh had a very nice hearty texture (not airy and bland like a lot of airport muffins). Honestly it was one of the better baked goods I’ve had in an airport. I appreciated being able to get the muffin top instead of the full size muffin so I could combine it with other snacks for my breakfast.
The cashier was nice but told me they didn’t have pumpkin when I asked for it, but then when I asked what they did have, she looked and discovered that they did in fact have pumpkin muffin tops. I got what I wanted and I’m sure she was just tired, but I’m glad I checked.
I can’t vouch for the sandwiches, so maybe that’s the problem, but I’m surprised that reviews are so negative when the baked goods here look, and based on what I got, taste better than the other options in the airport.

Convenient place to get a bagel sandwich to go for the airplane. The bagels here were good and so was the cinnamon bun.

Better than BK or Starbucks for breakfast sandwiches imo.

Service was slow but the man working was respectful and handling everything himself while his coworkers were off doing something else.
