Great service, excellent crust, not greasy, the owner is customer focused. We had a spinach artichoke pizza tonight that was excellent. I’d recommend it for anyone looking for something fresh tasting that’s loaded with fresh vegetables and not too much cheese. The seasoning was perfect.

I didn’t want to leave a bad review but after multiple bad encounters I decided I unfortunately have to. I always try to support small restaurants so Friday I grabbed two fish fry’s for my husband and I. They came with garlic knots that were borderline raw and the worse overcooked fish I’ve ever had. There was hardly any flakey meat, just solid burnt fry batter.
I figured maybe the guy was having an off night and decided to try again with pizza and wings. I placed an online order for a large pizza and 20 red white and blue wings. I got a text saying the order would be ready between 5:17-5:32. I have the slice app and text updates but never got a text that the order was done. I went in around 5:35 to see how much longer but I understood if it was not ready yet. The owner was talking to a lady across the counter who I assumed was a customer but ended up being an employee. I said I was there to pick up an online order and got picked on that why would I come into a store to place an online order and that makes no sense. The lady told him to go get my food and she’s sorry for his behavior. I’m not sure why I never got an update but was a bit annoyed considering I was waiting in the car the whole time. I bring the food to my car thinking the box looks very small and find out I only got 10 wings. I go back inside and get made fun of again that I must have placed two orders and that was for someone else? The lady apologizes and goes back to make more and asks if I can wait 10 minutes. 15+ minutes later I get my wings and they don’t give me a single wing extra for the trouble, the owner didn’t even apologize! Had they done anything to make the situation better they would have a customer for life but unfortunately after being made fun of and then nothing done to better the situation I will be bringing my business to one of the other multiple pizza places in town.

First time trying this place since new ownership. We went for the basic cheese pizza and medium wings extra crispy. “Basic” cheese was ANYTHING but!! The sauce was incredible!! Perfectly crispy crust! And as for the wings, chefs kiss they were crispy and crunchy just the way I like them!! Thanks again for a great experience!! We’ll definitely be back!!!

I walked in and this short Italian dude was the rudest person I met. Literally asked him a question about the prices and he very rudely said look at the menu. Still tried having a conversation and he still had an awful attitude. Then I got 2 slices and the pizza I got looked soo old and was black from the bottom hard as a rock. At that point I just left. Never going back ever again. I’ve never had worse service anywhere before.

The pizzas can be inconsistent with how cook the dough is but they have a good sauce. Their meat lovers pizza is loaded with toppings and each slice is almost two.
The atmosphere is that of a pizza shop. Mainly just a walk up kinda shop which there is nothing wrong with.

The guy was nice, but the pizza was absolutely boring. It was undercooked, had barely any sauce on it and very minimal flavor. Cazenovia used to be filled with really good pizza spots and I think they’re all going down hill. This is no disrespect to the owner he was a super nice person but thats not enough to have me want to eat that pizza again :/

We ordered a Supreme pizza tonight, and it was definitely SUPREME QUALITY! No scrimping on toppings. Love it! Will be going back to try out more items on the menu. ( Not tonight, though..lol!)
