This place is an institution, having been here over 40 years. It’s incredibly busy even on a weekday lunch. The inside is only open for very limited hours, but the drive-through is open until 10 PM. The food was delicious!

Great food & outstanding customer service! Owner Alex owned up to a mistake he *himself* made on my order – with humour & humility — & then replaced my order! That’s business integrity I can fully respect. Really cool to have a business owner who truly cares about his customer’s experience. The food’s always been great every time I’ve ordered at either the original location or the second location (Poor Boy’s Too). Love the diner fries, gyros, burgers, and the Greek Avgolemono (Lemon Chicken Rice) Soup is unbelievably good when you want a “meal soup” that really sticks to your ribs! Thanks, Alex! So I’m giving this 3 place 3 stars when I would really like to give it 2. Employees are great. I order the gyro plate (fairly priced). But can definitely tell you are 50+ miles south of the city. First off, please DO NOT!!! cut the pitas in half. Leave them whole. Makes putting your own gyro together much easier. Secondly, and most IMPORTANT!!!! This should be common practice but it isn’t here, after cutting the meat off the rotisserie, throw it on the griddle to make sure it is hot and has some crisp. The meat was maybe a little warmer than room temperature. Fix these few small things and could definitely get a 4 star from me.

The food here is always pretty okay. Seems like over the years they have stopped putting the love in the food. Wish the original owner was still there instead of his kids. Still a decent quick lunch spot while on the go.

Damn good gyro sandwich. The workers here are very hard working and friendly. Had my gyro meat grilled well done and it was HOT and crispy. No tomatoes on it which shocked me but I should’ve asked for them. Definitely checkout this spot.

So tasty and delicious. The garlic fries are great. The Mediterranean chicken wrap is so good in a tomato shell. My husband loves the cold cut submarine sandwich and my son likes to get the two hot dog special. Great staff great service. Everything tasted excellent.

At first I was a little nervous about going to get an intalian beef from the area, I read the reviews, & gave it a try.. It was so delicious, I got mine dipped w/mozzarella cheese, hot & sweet peppers& cup of cheese for the fries. My pop was kind of flat though, &its not even expensive.
