Every customer before me was asked to leave the drive through window and park. When it was my turn I refused to move because last time I waited 15 minutes for my food when I parked as requested. There was no one behind me. The shift manager asked me to move as there are sensors by the window that monitor how long customers wait. I refused to move and ask her to prepare my food. Virtually the whole staff was watching my interaction with this rude manager who kept insisting I move mentioning the sensor and that the food is prepared fresh to order (Hahahaha). With the entire staff watching I wondered who was preparing the food of all the other customers waiting. I refused to move again (no one was behind me). She became quite incensed. She refunded my order and shoved the money on to me and slammed the window closed with the entire staff watching. This seems to be some metric thing for which I do not care. Clearly they were trying to game the system to try to make it appear they are competent. I ordered and paid for my food and I expected timely delivery. I did not ask for or want a refund, I should say partial refund as I realized she shorted me $10 after I drove off. Simply the worst experience ever at McDonalds. Do better.

I ordered 5 cheeseburgers from this place today around 3pm. And all of my cheeseburgers came with no onions, I thought I paid for onions… and 1 pinky size pickle in each… y’all couldn’t add 2 pinky size pickles to make it look like 1 regular pickle… are we struggling, nickle and diming, or do the workers just don’t want to use products so they don’t have to prepare it… The only 2 good things I can say is, the order taker and order giver were very pleasant, kind, and professional… Thank God that at least 2 employees were on point.

Ordered an egg and cheese biscuit with 2 hash browns and an ice coffee. Took 10 mins for someone to come to the intercom to take my order. Then another 25 mins for my order to be brought out to me- with a missing iced coffee. I didn’t have time to wait so I left. The food is clearly good cause it’s processed, but the service sucks and they’re clearly staffed.

McDonald’s used to have good coffee. The coffee there tasted like water with a little bit of flavoring. Waste of money. Also, I love ordering kiosks, as they are generally faster and more convenient than waiting in line, but this one was horrible to use. I had to push two or three times on each selection, and the menu was not very straightforward and and it took a good two minutes to order two coffees and an egg McMuffin. Ridiculous.

The place is bigger on the inside than you assume at first. The only thing I would suggest better would be to add more of the plastic numbers that indicate which table you are sitting at. There are only a couple that are available when ordering at the kiosk.

During my visit to this McDonald’s I ordered breakfast. Which included a medium orange juice. But instead of a medium I was given a small orange juice. When I tried to make a correction and explain that I got a small instead of a medium the worker tried her hardest to confuse me and make me believe that it was a medium. I visit McDonald’s often so I know a medium from a small. I started to believe that they may have changed their cup sizes… to only find out later when I got lunch that I was lied to and over charged. During lunch I ordered lunch and a medium drink from another McDonald’s and figured out that during breakfast the employee lied to me about the cup sizes. Both times I went through the drive through. Usually I try not to hold up the line at fast food restaurants because I know that most are timed but now I realize that I am a customer and I deserve to receive the correct order as well as make sure I received everything before driving off. & if they care about customers they wouldn’t hold up their line by misleading! I also did not appreciate getting a receipt that I could not read. & I’m okay with honest mistakes but when it’s done intentionally- it’s simply not right at all!

What the hell is wrong with the world today ? I was born early 90’s and mcdonalds always had free water , if you wanted bottled you paid , I agree with that , but the audacity, to deny my little girl some water in a cup because she didn’t have 48c and she was dehydrated mind you !!!! All she wanted was water …. mcdonalds you should be ashamed and any other places charging for the basic necessity of life should be hung right beside them….. peoples lives matter more than 48c still right ? Come on mcDs , Do Better!

Really clean, floor tables wow, service was fast just lady in front needs to minimum say morning or hi she’s kind of rude and looks like she’s the manager, no good… well she took my order very fast, food was good the coffe is perfect nothing to ask hot and strong.no problems with the parking

Long line in the drive through after 8 pm. As we were waiting for our food, one of the employees was vaping straight out of the window (from inside) blowing pretty much into our car windows. Instead of a large strawberry milkshake we were given another drink. Then tried Sprite, which tasted like bad water. My husband had to go in and get a different drink himself as it was taking too long for them to fill. He said no one there was in a hurry. Both meals were disgusting. Buns tasted old and were burned to the point we couldn’t eat them. Crispy chicken sandwich only had two pickles on it, nothing else, not even sauce, and was more soggy than crispy. Fries were cold and dry. I would never go there again.

Yeah I rated it a 4. Why? Food came out correct. The touch screen ordering was easy. Place was clean. Parking wasn’t an issue.
