Easy 5 *s. Food (I got a bacon cheeseburger and my daughter got the mostaccioli) – excellent. Service was AMAZING. Not overbearing but had IMPECCABLE timing when it came to drinks and silverware. Extremely nice and polite as well. Appetizer was out with plenty of time to enjoy before the entrees were brought out. Great family dining atmosphere. I will be bringing my family back every time we’re in or near Pontiac.

Service was excellent. Everyone is very attentive.
We had Mealoaf and a Polish sausage special. They both came w soup or salad and dessert. Prices are very fair. I hv one suggestion. Throw the Polish Sausage n even the potatoes on the grill to brown them up and seal in flavor. The stuffed pepper soup was excellent and the ranch dressing is amazing. Salad had sliced tomatoes not the cherry ones ( yes!). Carrot cake and German chocolate cake were so good. Will return.

Good food. A minor slip-up that was resolved autonomously by waitress.

I was part of a large group sitting with individual tickets. All others were served and eating without my order delivered. Waitress discovered the situation before I could enlighten her myself. My order came within a few minutes after that.

*The Busser Girl Was the best* *Our Server was terrible* *the food was ok*
We asked the Server to please make sure that the biscuits and gravey were really hot and the Server didn’t obviously care and was MIA where the sweet busser girl was very attentive and made sure we had refills on our drinks and also was kind enough to microwave all our food so it was be hot and not have cold spots in it.
We would not ever return to this location due to the Server not paying attention to detail and caring about the customers satisfaction. The only reason for the five stars is 100% because of the sweet busses girl who was kind enough to care.

Stopped in for breakfast on our way home and to Chicago. The food did not disappoint. The Denver omelette was delicious. Hash browns were crispy and tasty.

We ate there everyday we were on vacation, twice a day. Food was delicious, portions were huge. Service is outstanding, and the pricing was well below what you’d see anywhere else. Always, busy but very fast. I believe the longest we may have waited for our food was 10-15 minutes. We couldn’t believe ever meal came with a cup of soup. Every dinner came with soup/salad, 2 sides and dessert and most for under $10. We had the all you can eat walleye on friday night, again, soup/salad, 2 sides and dessert with our all you can eat walleye for under $9. And it was delicious. We loved the ribeye sandwich, which was enough for 2 people, again, came with cup of soup and potato for under $10. For the 2 of us, our check was around $22 for every meal. You cannot eat anywhere and be stuffed with leftovers for that. If ever in Pontiac, IL again this is definitely where we’ll eat. I’d recommend this Restaurant to everyone. Wish there was one close to me.

This place is completely filthy! Grout on tile floor is packed with grease and grime, carpeting hasn’t been cleaned in years.
Hash browns were cooked in so much oil they were dripping. Sausage gravy tasted like it came out of a bag or can, biscuit was soggy. I had one bite and pushed it away.
I would stay away.
The locals love this place, they can have it!
