Totally amazing place great atmosphere nice Christmas music playing, clean, quite, cozy. With me being a little hard up right now they let me eat for free. God bless them! Probably helped to have my dog she’s the cute one lol. And the food was superb best buffet food I’ve had in a while very good and filling. As a veteran I % aprove of their patriotism.

1 hour and 15 minutes before close tearing down the dessert bar. 55 minutes before close emptying out the ice cream machine. Paid $102 to eat here and the woman tearing down rhe bar told the cook they don’t need that when he was asking about brining out more lava cake.

Very laid back atmosphere. My sirloin was not seasoned well and was overcooked. The buffet is much better, very tasteful, hot, full of flavor and fresh refills. Table service was 10 stars. Overall, it’s was a very good lunch experience for the day.

I usually don’t write reviews. Every Friday after work me and my two coworkers go out to eat and yesterday we went to ponderosa. I was excited because I enjoy the food. Usually everything is great but this week is different. The food and service was good but the atmosphere this week was just uncomfortable. There was only about three tables in there Which was uncommon, but not considering the weather. There was three or four young people sitting over by the desert bar. One of the young boys was loudly cussing and when I went to go get a pasta made he yelled at the young girl making the pasta. I felt bad for her because I could see she was staring to cry. I didn’t get a pasta because I felt bad. I expect two pasta next time . That’s the only bad experience I’ve had in there so I’ll be going back.

Me and my sister went here Thursday early afternoon before shopping and was very happy! The food was so good and our server, Tim, was so nice to us ( and pleasant to look at). Everyone was so nice there!

It was very nostalgic time.
Had not seen one since 1999.
The buffet was we stocked and steak was cooked to perfection.
Had a great time.
It’s not a modern steak house so don’t expect to see a brand new shine interior.
It’s an old restaurant in an old building that is very laid back relaxing restaurant.

Stopped by here today for nostalgia. My daughter heard about the fun times the family had at our local Ponderosa before it closed. This place didn’t disappoint. The food was good and the staff was very friendly! I was definitely worth the drive.

What you would expect from an American buffet. Food choices were all well maintained but seemed like they had been out for quite some time. I knocked off a star because during our short visit 2 different guests had to ask for things to be restocked. I also had BAAAD bubble guts 10 minutes after leaving.
