First of all, the service needs new administration. They take forever to take the order. Ponche was good but the “bolon” was heated in a microwave so it was super dry and not warm enough. Very disappointing. They should fry them as customers order them. Then, when we received the check, we noticed that the amount was not accurate but because they don’t show the details, we couldn’t figure out how much was each of our items. In fact, they over-charged us, we got our money back but if didn’t question it nobody would have noticed. I hope they take suggestions into consideration.

I want to start by saying the food is good, the bad is that the place lacks costumer service, from the time we set down to the time our food came, not one person check on us, ones we finish our food we sat at the table waiting for someone to remove the plates and nothing 15mins, the ladies would just look at our table and nothing. Costumer service needs works. Other then that food was good. But also place needs better AC is to hot to be in there.

There is not much variety of food options to order. The food is pricey, there is no receipt offered when paying. You receive the receipt after you pay and they tell you the price without detailed information. Costumer service can be better, the prices from menu are no updated to what they charge. One day they charge me one thing another day a different price. When I asked for receipt before wanting to pay owner got upset. Went twice, but wouldn’t go back.

Ponche drink was way too simple, nothing special about it, especially for a price that the customers are paying. The place has limited options of food, drinks and ext as well.
