They need to start making sure the blizzards are thoroughly mixed! It’s very disappointing.
Very disappointed on the food. I got onion rings with popcorn shrimp. The food itself was decent. But the quantity they give for what you pay was pretty sad. I got 5 onion rings and small amount of shrimp (the picture shows at least double that).
The blizzard was also not what you would expect. I understand new people and training. The first time they made it wrong. They were very nice and remade it. But for a chocolate brownie extreme with cookie dough. Sadly to say, buy your ice cream at the grocery store because I don’t think there was any brownie and the cookie dough was crumbs.
Sadly won’t be returning.
Do yourselves a favor and go anywhere but here.
I won’t be returning.
That wasn’t the worst. I was charged $.59 for the extra malt powder, even though I only wanted that “Just a little extra.” And the person making the malt didn’t get it, either, because it came way overloaded with malt powder, to the point where it really didn’t taste good. Much of the hot fudge was stuck to the side of the cup, and never made it into the ice cream…that didn’t help, either.
That still wasn’t the worst. When I asked to speak to the manager about the extra charge, he said he didn’t make the prices (I get that), but that there was nothing he could do about it (I don’t get that). A store manager that can’t do anything about a completely botched order and a ridiculous extra charge? Come on.
He completely blew me off.
In fairness, I didn’t realize that the extra malt bomb had ruined my treat until I got up the road. I could have made a better case. Clearly the communication between the order-taker and the malt-maker was totally screwed up or non-existent.
There are lots of places to go to get ice cream treats.
In the future, I’ll find one of those.
It’ll be a cold day in malt powder hell before I ever come here again.
