Great lunch specials! $10 large slice pepperoni pizza and mixed green salad. Pizza is very subjective, but we loved it. Thin crust, flavorful sauce, slight burn marks on crust ( i love burnt marks). All salad dressings are made in house. For $10 we also had a generous portion of pasta with marinara sauce and a meatball. Needed a bit more sauce, but was good. The pasta also came with soup of the day or salad. Had some left to bring home. Lunch also came with hot yummy crispy bread and butter. We will be back for that lunch special!

I’ve tried several other Italian places in the area and this is the best one of them all. Service is impeccable, bread is fresh & hot, ceaser salad is zesty and seasoned, entree is always amazing. Desserts at the door are to die for. Worth a mention – the beautiful fireplace and Christmas music playing in your ear, ambience is great. This place deserves a way better rating than they have, love love love.

I will have to share my first experience with this location, I have seen it before, and yesterday, I noticed they’re on DoorDash, I would not recommend ordering on DoorDash, I believe the prices are higher and you do not get the same service, clearly if you order it at the location, but again, that should not matter. I ordered a Parmigiana, and the details described in the post, says, hand breaded and fried golden, which I am assumming is the normal Chicken Parmigiana, but when it arrived, it was a fettucine pasta with sauce and cheese. I decided that I would wait until the next day to give them a call to return this, and have it remade since it was too late and they were closing. Today I called, and spoke with a young lady, who apologized, and said that I can speak with the manager, I spoke with the manager who pretty much explained to me what doordash advertise, and how it make not be accurate, I informed her if this was a mistake, can she go ahead and re make the dish, as a chicken parmigiana and I would pay the difference even if the mistake was via doordash. The response I received was pretty much, they would not take the food back, despite me saying I wanted to just stop by to show that I did not eat the meal, I reinterated that I only wanted it to be remade with the chicken, and again, I will pay the difference, My goodness, she could not offer any asistance as the manager and told me that I would have to speak with the Owner, I agreed, and I just heard a Click, she literally hung up on me. Its all good, I threw the food that did not look appealing in the trash, and decided I would not call back and will move on, depsite losing $20 plus dollars on food that I did not try, and could not eat. Thats rude of a business, and maybe you should not use the doordash platform if you would not have the same business etiquette to ensure the customer is satisified. I would not recommened this place, and glad I did not even try it. Make sure you read reviews prior to ordering, thats what I should have done.

I have visited Pomodoro’s numerous times and it has always been consistently great! This time my husband and I tried the Pig and Fig pizza. It was the best pizza I have ever had! This pizza is delicious as well as the Pistachio Tiramisu. The Grand Deluxe pizza is wonderful, too. The lasagne is delicious. The staff are like nonas and it feels like a restaurant in old Chicago. I highly recommend you head to Pomodoro’s for food so good you will want to slap your momma!

Wife and I went here for dinner and nothing about it was good. Took a long time to get the food and it was just barely warm, didn’t taste good at all, my wife had to get her own drink refill after the waiter walked by six times and finally said he would get it and never did, small portions of food that was pretty expensive, only thing decent was the appetizer. And to top it off the manager acted like she didn’t even care about anything we told her. And even after the waiter took my card to pay he proceeded to stop and talk to other workers at the front and not running my car so we could just leave. Would not recommend this place to anyone and definitely will not go back.

We sat at the bar and the manager was there, never said “we will be right with you” or anything, just looked at us and looked away. Finally after almost 10 mins we got a drink. I ordered the tortellini small plate and my bf ordered chicken parm. The Caesar salad was flavorless. The sauce in my pasta was Not good. And I’m not picky. He said his chicken was rubbery. The bread was good. I’m had to ask for the bread and for silverware. We won’t be going back. I’m very disappointed. Bartender was nice, but nothing special.

This place is better than it’s location at the end of a shopping center would indicate. It wasn’t busy on my visit but the service was still very good. I was checked in on enough without being bothered (perfect balance here). I had the old fashion for my drink, the first one was not all that wonderful and I felt like the bartender didn’t know how to properly make one. I gave it a second chance and my second drink was the ideal old fashion, perfectly made. I had the veal masala and it was absolutely delicious, the sauce was sweet and savory, and paired perfectly with the fettuccine noodles that I got with them. The noodles tasted fresh like it was made in house. One of the surprising stars of the show was the bread that you get with the meal. Warm and soft in the middle while having the best crust on the outside. This is old school Italian food and I was very pleased with my experience here

Nice atmosphere. Friendly hostess and waitresses. Decent wine selection, although my 1st 2 picks they were out of ♂️, for this restaurant. The food was very good. The calamari was delicious. The cost was above average. We had 5 children 2 adults and a bougie 11 yr old lol who orders and eats like an adult. Grandchitlins ♂️
