Ricky was so welcoming as soon as we walked in he knew exactly who we were and was ready to accommodate all our needs. Our big group was pleased at how great the team worked together. Food was delicious, hot and there were no mistakes made. I give this restaurant a 10 out of 10. Our family will be back for the phenomenal experience. Nick did an amazing job as our sever with being patient and ensuring everything was up to our liking. Thank you Perkins in Dubuque for the wonderful experience.

Our family came in with a large group of 14 and they were so accommodating from the moment we walked through the door. Our server was Nick and he did an excellent job, had water ready for us, and made sure our coffee was hot and fresh. The kitchen did a fantastic job of getting our orders correct and out to us in a very timely fashion. We were able to smile and have a great time throughout our visit. We will definitely return for our next family get together. We love this Perkins in Dubuque

We got into town right before 9pm and everything was closed, everything but this beacon, shining in the dark. Letting us know everything was going to be ok. From the moment we walked in Rocky made us feel at home. From the late 90’s music, to the atmosphere, I felt like I’d time traveled in all the best ways. Next time we are coming through town I am definitely stopping in.

Tonight I was greeted by Stephanie with a smile, I was part of a large group of about 18 and she handled it all so gracefully. She made us feel comfortable while having us laughing and enjoying every second of our visit. Our food came out to perfection and despite how many of us there were it still came out hot fresh and exactly how we wanted it. The whole atmosphere was pleasant, all guest were having a good time and she managed the restaurant with ease. I recommend to anyone to take advantage of the delightful, wonderful, and all around great experience at this Perkins. We will be back

Today was a great experience Ellie was our phenomenal server that had so much knowledge of the menu. She greeted us with a smile and a upbeat attitude that never stopped. Our drinks were kept full and she even offered us some delicious desserts (raspberry lemon drop) . Ricky the manager stopped by to make sure our experience was good, he was so positive and made sure before he left the table we were smiling. It definitely felt like a fine dining experience!!

Our party of 18 was handled by Stephanie a great server who smiled and was guite funny. She kept our beverages full and made sure our food came out fast and hot. It was a overall excellent dining experience, this was my first time here and I will definitely recommend it to others and return myself. Before leaving I had to have a piece of delicious fresh baked pie (caramel apple) and it was so mouth watering with every bite. Thank you for making our visit very memorable

I had the pleasure of having shiann as our server she was so sweet delightful full of positivity and kept a great smile on her face. The restaurant was very clean and the kitchen did a fantastic job on cooking our food to perfection. We were greeted with a warming smile by the manager Ricky who kept us all laughing. This was by far the best experience I have had at any restaurant, oh and let’s not forget how delicious the pies were. Perkins in Dubuque is a fabulous restaurant

Well this was a pleasant SURPRISE!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 STAR well deserved.
We haven’t been to a Perkins for over a year and thought we would revisit to see if there had been any changes to the food and service… Well, YES!! From the moment we walked in we were greeted and promptly seated and had a great breakfast. Our waitress was friendly and delivered our food correctly and quickly. The gentleman that seated us (Ricky) is now the NEW MANAGER!! This is what good management can do… motivate staff, have a very clean restaurant, delicious and HOT food, and friendly staff!
We will definitely be back and look forward to the delicious muffins and 20% off our next visit!!
