Broooooo…. This place. Let me tell you, it blew my mind. I can’t even believe how good it was. We only went cause it was Nextdoor to my son’s play place and figured why not? The buffalo chicken pizza was the best I’ve had, the chicken we got with pink sauce was so delectable I couldn’t stop eating it. I was absolutely blown away. My picky son who never eats ANYTHING was tearing up the chicken and pasta. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. Amazing. Will be back asap.

We had a wonderful time at Pomodoro, we had a couple of slices of meat lovers pizza and a cheese calzon.
Let me tell you, you may not think two slices would be enough, but you would be wrong. Those slices were packed with toppings.
And the calzon? The cheese pull was Instagram worthy.
We will definitely be back again.

This has been my favorite pizza spot since the day it opened. I absolutely love the New Jersey–style pizza here — it’s consistently delicious and easily some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. My go-to order is the bruschetta and the classic cheese pizza, and both are always on point.
I used to live in Brandon, and even though I now live in Carrollwood, I still make the drive just to eat here. That alone says a lot. The quality, flavor, and consistency keep me coming back every time.

Very first time getting delivery, really wanted to it to be good because we are trying to find a good pizza place in Valrico. Unfortunately the pizza was delivered with all my toppings on one side. Not sure if the driver turned a corner or something or what happened. But was not impressed.

Pomodoro Pizza isn’t as good as it used to be. However, it still does have some good qualities. Unlike other local pizza joints, the decor is more Italian and culturally influenced than others, being more Americanized. However, the place does claim their pizza as New York style. The service is very nice, greet you, and take out food at the time promised. They even remember us when we walked in.
For years, I’ve tried many things that Pomodoro had to offer. The pizza is usually thin, but the pepperoni pizza is way too greasy for me to eat. The chicken sub was decent, although the breading of the chicken made it seem dry. The meatball sub are a few tiers above the chicken, as it’s softer and has more flavor it it. The calzone needed to have some ricotta cheese inside to make it softer, and has the same grease issues as the pepperoni pizza. Overall, I’ve noticed a change in quality over the past year, but it still a good place for pizza.

I live 8 years in U.S. this is the 1st pizza that makes me very happy! I am a picky Chinese pregnant lady but I like the pizza so much that I just want to come back the next day. But my husband stopped me so we can only get 2 pizzas in 3 days. The pizza here taste so fresh and healthy. Maybe my pizza sounded a bit ridiculous ( I have also never ordered one myself) the staff was trying to re-ensure it was what I want then he giggle at me on the phone. They were all good looking people so I forgive them I enjoy my pizza BIG Time and I will come back again. Everyone are super friendly here and watching the hand toss pizza is so cool!

Where do I start?
– ordered 2 deep-dish pizzas on line to pick up. Was told they would be ready in half an hour. I may have arrived a little early, but not much.
I HAD TO WAIT AT LEAST 15 MINUTES FIR MY PIZZAS!!!!!!! It’s supposed to be Pick Up, not sit and wait. Unacceptable!
– ordered 2 pieces of Cheesecake.
The menu advertisement shows cheesecake with strawberry topping. Isn’t that what you’d expect? Mine were plain. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!! Unacceptable!
– To pay, they show you a tip screen first!!! RIP OFF!!!!!!!!! We’re all conditioned to give them a tip at the counter. FOR WHAT? Doing their job? Neither happened in my case, no tip, no good service.
– the girl was sweeping in the kitchen!!!!!!!!
Dust all over the display pizza for sale, etc.
– a guy was carrying a basket of food to customers, he stopped to talk with a cook about where it went. The man holding it coughed. Luckily he brought it to the back, due to some issue, as I said.
A lot of people don’t care about all this.

BAD SERVICE, TRYING TO GOUGE YOU FOR YOUR MONEY, FALSE ADVERTISING, DIRTY, (it must be, if it was so important to sweep), BAD HYGEYNE.

That was pretty good. I got the special, large 1 topping pizza, 10 wings, 10 garlic knots and a bottle of soda ($30)
Pizza is excellent. Great sauce, great crust and real sausage as a topping.
Wings came out nice a crispy. A little more sauce would set these off
Garlic knots tasted great. Lots of garlic. Maybe a little more butter would make them perfect.
I will definelty be back ! Check them out next time you’re in Brandon.
