Stopped in for a drive thru order in my way up to the nicu somehow ordering a bacon hot honey mccrispy means charge me for the regular and add bacon. I was also charged for 2 large fries and 2 medium despite only asking for 2 large fries one with a meal and 1 separately. The screen did not update in time for me to check before pulling forward but there was alot of people behind me at the time. I will not return to this mcdonald’s as this is not the first time this has happened but it will be the last for me. Also witnessed what appeared to be an employee burn themselves so hopefully thats documented properly as well

Service is slow, and not always accurate.
Watch your change back, they tend to take a donation when you’ve clearly said no. Also be sure to check your orders, problem with something as simple as coffee.
At two different locations when we went inside we were ignored by staff while waiting to order. Another place we ordered and didn’t get our food for over 20 minutes.
This is not fast food!

The only reason I give this a two is because the food was made properly. Service took about 5 minutes to get someone to the counter even though people were standing around only worker worming was Drive thru she was doing some work. Worst part of this trip had to be I go up and ask for water and I’m getting charged for it? Like what? Charged to get some water? I can go anywhere else and get water for free, FREE! Why is this McDonalds charging for water?

This establishment is well located on a busier street, with easy access on and off. They have free parking and a large parking area, which is handicapped accessible.
They also have a public restroom.
We used to drive through which the gentleman was very courteous. we pulled up to the window where He made small talk with us. he was very pleasant.
It cost me over $21 for 2 breakfast meals. The size of the breakfast sandwiches are smaller, along with the price was not worth the product.

The food was slapped together like they were busy. I was the only car there and the nee chicken fries, were cooked in oil that had to have been old and look at these onions they slapped on my burger ♀️

You will always have to wait a minimum of 15 min. All I got was 2 large fries and it took them 20 min. Every time I go through the drive threw I get pulled ahead

Went to go get food, had to wait for the entire line in drive thru before I even was able to pay for my order, let alone get the food. Watched as my fries expired and the manager tried to piece together my large fry with 2 separate batches of expired fries, being drastically short on my fries as well. Immediately said something and the young crewman said, “Yeah I’d complain too if I got this.”
You guys were talking about being #1 when I was in there but failing to provide simple customer service. Your drive thru times don’t mean a thing when you not only give expired and underweight fries, but completely forget half of someone else’s order before me. Kinda defeats the purpose.

I ordered food to be delivered and some of my items were not there. I called and let them know that I was missing items. She said I could come pick them up. I told her that the reason I ordered food was because I did not want to go out. She told me to contact DoorDash and I told her it is not the dasher’s responsibility to check and make sure all my food is there it is theirs. She then told me if I wanted the items (the ones I paid for and didn’t get because of them) I would have to come pick them up. I asked her If they were going to compensate me for the inconvenience and she said that there was nothing that they could do. They wouldn’t even give me a free fry, what a joke. They don’t even deserve 1 star but I couldn’t post the review having nothing marked.

Complain that they’re short staffed but still have staff taking their sweet time getting stuff together and taking over 30 minutes to bring food out on a mobile order and FORGOT some so had to go back and waited over another 30 minutes. This location sucks.
