Delicious French restaurant in Winnetka. I had the half roasted chicken with mashed potatoes which was excellent. We also had the King Apple for dessert which was unique and tasty. I look forward to returning soon and trying the steak.

Went there for dinner and brunch two days later. Great service and atmosphere. We asked for a special cocktail that was not on the list, the bartender was not familiar with it but he searched the recipe and made it for us. Turned out great…

Here’s what you need to know: this is a see and be seen Hamptons-esque French casual restaurant in the North Shore of Chicago (Winnetka). Food is food and enjoyable but not great or memorable. Service is very good and friendly. The king’s apple is a must order dessert.

If you’re looking for an exceptional French dining experience, look no further than Pomeroy. I was here for business trip and my colleagues recommended this place to me. It was so good that I came here two consecutive nights. The staff are knowledgeable, attentive, and eager to help you navigate the menu. I really like the drink that the staff recommended me. It is called bad apple.

Good atmosphere. Good food. Pomeroy is a good local restaurant that offers great food and amazing drinks. The atmosphere is great and you it’s conveniently located in north suburbs, avoids a drive into a city. Highly recommend it for anyone whose hungry.

Good restaurant. The wine list has been adjusted, not to include classic French Wine vintages, which is disappointing, seeing as how this is a French restaurant. The sommelier is no longer there. Cheaper, but not necessarily better wines. I wonder what happened?

I gotta say, this is my favorite restaurant! We have only memorable experiences. We keep coming back for the food, but mostly for the amazing service. We’ve had some of the sweetest wait/bar staff. Their food is so delicious, and I find their food to be so comforting. This is my soul food for every occasion!

Second time here, and from the moment we walked in, everyone at the front desk were so kind. Sat us down immediately. The outdoor patio in the back is lovely, but we decided to sit in door. Manager Neil came over with champagne to celebrate our engagement. It made our night and he checked on us throughout the night. Neil is the best! Kind and friendly. Thank you Neil . For starters we ordered the

A very pleasant restaurant to visit for dinner. Service is great, as would be expected from a restaurant like this. Food was delicious, I especially loved the tuna tartar. Lobster roll with fries and garlic aioli dip was also very good. Not a huge fan of the margarita verte, but it was interesting smokey spicy flavor that others might enjoy. Outdoor terrace seating is very pleasant on a nice day.

Updating my initial review from back in February 2022. After having thoroughly enjoyed lunch and dinner indoors and on the patio throughout the year, finally had a chance to try the brunch menu. Pictured here is the Breton Crepe, and it was definitely savory. The Parisian Ham, Gruyère, and Sunny-side Egg were just right, although I can do without the egg, but on the other hand would also take away from the presentation. Also ordered the Profiteroles Glacées again, additional pictures added. The dough was a bit dry and not as warm as we had previous times, neither was the Chocolate Ganache.
