The chicken tacos are good if you can get them. For being a chicken taco truck, they are always running out of chicken early in the day. And if by chance you can get chicken tacos, then they don’t have onion and cilantro. They shouldn’t be called Pollos Mexico. Maybe change it to Pollo Sometimes Mexico. Do better guys…

Coming from Los Angeles, I knew I would miss the street food vendors. But Pollos Mexico, taste like home. The 1st time I tried their chicken tacos I fell in love. Authentic & rich flavor. Got tacos al pastor ($3 each) with green and red salsa. The cook was very fast and did a great job! The food was delicious, make sure to squeeze some lemon and add some salt on top for extra flavor. Salsa was great, I prefer the green. I went a few minutes past sunset so the “atmosphere” wasn’t great, but it’s a food truck and the atmosphere is the last thing anyone is thinking about. It’s out of their control anyway.

Stopped to get a Carne Asada burrito 11/7/24, ordered a chicken taco on the side. The Burrito is supposed to come with Carne Asada, Pico de gallo, frijoles cheese and sour cream. I get home and at first bite I get rice and meat. So I think it’s ok maybe the rest at the bottom. NOPE all rice and meat.
