The food was great and flavorful. I won’t discredit the food quality. I walked up to the cashier and said hello, she just stared at me never said a word. I ordered my food and paid. Cashier turned away and still said nothing. Being it was my 1st visit I didn’t know to have a seat and wait for my number to be called. A nice customer advised me. There was only 3 tables dining in so my husband and I went to find a table. Not a single empty table was clean and no napkins avail for customers to clean a place to sit. We found the cleanest of the dirty tables. Our number was called and we got our tray. They never made our drink so went back to ask for them. Sat down to eat and no utensils so back to the front we went. Not a single word was ever said by any staff member or a smile. Went to leave and trash was over flowing we had to set our tray on top of the trash bin to keep it from falling into the floor. The place was slow so there was no need for that. As customers we felt as though we were a bother to the staff. Its really a shame cause the food was very good. I will try another location. I would suggest new management cause I see so many reviews of the same complaint and the owner responds the same to all the complaints with apparently no change being made.

Food is good when they are having a good day. Orders get mixed up a lot and you must check your order or you’ll go home with something missing. Even app orders are sent missing items or sauce. The employee morale and interaction is interesting in a not so good way. You can hear them complaining about coworkers and clients when you have to go inside to pick up an order. I’m a big fan of the Pollo Tropical brand, but this location needs some work.

I’ve only eaten at Pollo Tropical one other time. I remember the chicken being super juicy and the sides being full of flavor. This time around I didn’t get the same experience. I ordered a half chicken and rice with beans. The chicken was dry, had to use some of their sauces to get it down. The rice and beans needed salt but that could be just my taste buds. My daughter ordered a Cuban Sanwich with pork that was very good. The dining room is open so have a seat and take a load off. The facility was very clean, wet naps on the tables were very welcomed. They also offer drive through service as well as curbside for those not wanting to go inside.I would eat here again but I would double check my chicken to ensure its not dry. All in all a pleasant experience.

Well when you only have children serving the walk in customer it will go poorly. The place is dirty and needed cleaning. Food choices are so much smaller now and poorly made. The employees are arguing with each other and verbally fighting. A few of the customers had to wait over 20 minutes to get their order, and the only thing the server said was “sorry about that” really, “sorry about that” is all you can do? I will not be going back again they lost my business and I suggest other patrons look for a better restaurant choice. I aspect this store will be closing soon becouse of so many people walking out if the store unhappy.

This Pollo Tropical is close to home, so I’ve come here before. Had a couple of bad experiences with customer service in the past that made me stop considering this place for food. Mostly excessive wait times (like an hour or more), or mistakes with the order. But the food has always been good. I went today, hoping for the best, and they didn’t disappoint. The service was prompt and courteous. The order was exact, nothing was missing or done wrong. Not sure what changed in there, but keep it up. The food is really good. Fast food doesn’t have to be greasy, unhealthy, and unnatural. This is real food. Love the healthy options and good flavors. They’ve got something for everyone in my family. I recommend the Tropichop bowls made however you want. The cheesy yuca bites and plantains are yummy too. They are now in my list of favorites for takeout when we’re not cooking.

I enjoy Pollo tropical but this location is just not it. I had a pick up that was made at 11AM to be picked up at 230PM. I arrived and had to wait an extra 30 min, everyone seemed to be lost when asking questions. Also some rude staff not the kind to snap on people but when you are asking questions and have an expectation of an advance order, the attitude is not needed. Let’s add how disgusting the dinning area is.

Food was fresh, and delicious, good portions and fast service! Ms. Lydia was helpful and so sweet! The Quattro leche is BOMB. Definitely coming back!
