It’s been so long since I’ve eaten at any Pollo Tropical because I moved to Atlanta. My No. 8 quarter chicken platter dark meat with black beans and white rice, was just as delicious as I remembered! I’m such a true South Floridian because the only place I wanted to dine at was Pollo Tropical, chicken on the grill! Lol. My chicken was flavorful, seasoned well, and it hit the spot.

I’m really disappointed. After spending $15 on my Tropichop, the lid wasn’t placed on correctly, and when I went to pick it up, the entire bowl fell and all of my food spilled onto the ground. My lunch break was already limited, and now I don’t get to eat at all. This was extremely frustrating and avoidable with proper care when packaging the order. There goes my money down the drain and i stay hungry for the next 5 hours until I get home

I ordered the tropical trio since it was supposed to come with chicken, pork and steak, I get home and sit down to get ready to eat after a long day only to find out that they did not give me the chimichurri steak that comes with the tropical trio and that 1 of main reasons why I ordered it and seeing that it was about a 20 minute drive I was obviously not about to dive back there

When I went on the weekend the staff were all filling drive thru and to go orders. I was the only one in line, and I had to wait 10 minutes to order. The portions are small (except the rice). The chicken is very good. Pork had little flavor, and the steak was chewy, but tasty. I had to ask for the utensils and drinks, and plates individually, which I thought would be obvious after ordering. I probably won’t be returning.

First time order was wrong had to drive back to have it fixed but the lady was super nice. But then got home and chicken isnt cooked !! Do you know how dangerous that is ??? Last I ate here was last week I didn’t complain but the chicken was super chewy and crunchy . Now this is too far you know how sick someone can get ecoli and salmonella! This is unacceptable!!!

Terrible customer service. Was 2nd in line today. 1st customer was helped. Told me 1 second. Helped the 3rd customer and 4th. Turned around and spoke to 2 co workers in Spanish and walked off. 1 dine in customer asked for a refill and the associate proceeded to help her. Another dine in customer asked for a refill, which was also fulfilled. After both, the associate again proceeded to speak with the same 2 associates in Spanish in which I responded in Spanish that I was going to leave a negative review because I don’t appreciate the service and as I was leaving, she apologized and asked how she can help and I told her she can’t anymore. 4th time there, won’t return for a 5th

This used to be a place where you could find food to go. Stay away from there. The rice wasn’t cooked, the plantains were burned, soaking oil and with a really bad taste. The yuca frita tasted like a piece of plastic. Very disappointing.
