Stopped by Pollo Tropical and had a great experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you expect when you’re craving something quick but well-made. What really stood out though was the service. Jasmine was amazing—friendly, patient, and made sure everything was right with my order. You can tell she actually cares about customers, and that kind of service goes a long way. Definitely coming back.

They are so incredibly stingy with sauces here you’d think there was a national sauce shortage or something. It sucks when i get my online order from this place because it seems like they TRY to do BELOW the bare minimum. Filling my caesar salad dressing 1/6 filled in the cup doesn’t make you smart for saving product, it makes you cheap and underprepared.

I don’t usually write many reviews i have to share this one. 11/15/2025. The food they give you at the drive thru sometimes is the worst of the worst. The chicken that I got should have been thrown in the garbage. The management needs to make sure they tell the workers to not give customers bad food.It isn’t the restaurant fault it’s the worker that put that S. In my order. The chicken was hard and burnt. The people at the drive thru are nice. That’s not the problem it’s the food that they give you sometimes . The worker that put the chicken with my order should have known better. I was already home when I opened my order I didn’t try to resolve it because I was at home. Most times I get bad food is from the DRIVE THRU

I never write reviews but this specific location has the most nasty, rude, snd unprofessional workers. As advertised on their app every 1st Tuesday of the month health care workers get 50% when I asked for it they did not want to give it to me I asked for a manager and then she came over and looked at what I had and said no she can only get 25%. Since when? I have never had an issue before at any other location. The managers attitude was so unprofessional. If the discount does not want to be honored then it shouldn’t be advertised. this location needs a whole BRAND new staff especially the manager

Had to leave my condo after a power outage so I spent a leisurely afternoon at Pollo enjoying the A/C, BBQ pork sandwich, flan and some lemonade. The seating area wasn’t crowded at all. Thanks Pollo!

This cannot be a corporate location because it’s just always ghetto. They never have anything in stock, employees are rude and act as if they are working out of their home kitchen. They always turn off the drive thru lights as if they’re closed so that paying customers won’t interrupt their watering hole huddle. I had to drive up to the window just to see employers huddled having personal conversation and now giving me attitude for interrupting. I wanted a bowl and they claimed all they had left was rice beans and corn…. I asked for fries with no salt and received the bottom of the bag fries SOAKED in grease….i ordered a quarter chicken meal and got a piece of chicken back! This location is a joke and a disgrace to the brand in all they need to do a better job I’m selecting employees because no one begged you to take this position.
