Clean store. Peaceful atmosphere. Staff is polite and smile. Food was fresh and made to order. There was stone constantly walking through the lobby cleaning up. I ordered the broccoli & cheddar bread bowl and the French Onion Soup bread bowl. Both were tasty.

If I could give this location a 1000/10 I would! I frequent here to study and I am always met with the best energy by all of the staff. Even today there was a very minor issue with my order and the manager Shannon made sure to not only make it right but brought my order directly to me with a smile and a genuine apology. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness, and I can’t recommend this location enough!

Honestly not happy with this I spent literally 20 for Mac and cheese an soup an first off the Mac in cheese was literally soup and secondly they didn’t even fill it up at all

Not sure why the employees on the drive thru intercom are in such a rush to hurry customers through an order, but it caused issues and incorrect items. Got to the window and they forgot to give us our smoothie and an entire sandwich. Went back inside to get it corrected and while management was nice, the sandwich that was given was a sloppy mess. Weird experience for Panera standards, which most locations are usually solid at worst

Went this morning for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. I added chicken to my breakfast sandwich that ended up being cold. I asked for coffee, it was lukewarm. Panera used to be one of favorite places to grab something quick. I guess I’ll slowly drive to Dunkin Donuts, smh.

Absolutely delicious food! So simple and clean. Very filling as well. Such a nice spot for a lunch date, business meeting or place to get some work done. The service was friendly and fast. The interactive kiosks made ordering a breeze! Eboni took our order and was such doll!

And I Was Told I could receive a Giftcard in mail because I’m unable to get out & come into the store. I received a you pick 2 card instead of and when entering code for my order. It was Expired.
I contacted Store Manager Kenan and he spoke all over me and didn’t seem to care at all. I felt very disappointed and dismissed. Issue Unresolved. I exited the Conversation.
