It’s raining so we stopped in for some fried yuca, but ended staying for a full chicken meal and the yuca. The lady in the red shirt taking orders from the drive thru, taking orders from everyone wet on the line, but still manages to do everything with a smile on her face. Glad we stayed, great crew

I ordered from Uber and I’m always missing something from my order it’s so unreal paying like 80 dollars on 3 whole chicken family meal and just received one no rice no beans no sauces it’s like they don’t even check what they put on the bags they don’t pay attention on the orders they have I received a refund but definitely not ordering anymore it’s not the first time that this happens to me it’s in all orders I’ve maked

On December 1, 2025 we went here to order our food. My husband order double rice and dark chicken. I assume that the manager came to help out the other team wish she had on a red shirt with braids or plants in her hair with a colorful it looked at blue or purple. We never disrespect anyone even if they disrespect us so I went over there so my husband can stay humble. Her eyeballs was even popping out as she was talking very rude to my husband so then I had to go back over there again she just disrespecting my husband talking loud and he know what he ordered. So I didn’t say something I said you are very rude to be working in a restaurant there was a customer there who said he comes nearly every day and that’s her character everyday. Then we find out that the cash register who took our order did not add on the double rice people make mistakes. We were not upset. The lady had on that red shirt was ruled from the beginning all the way to the end and I told one of the workers I said I am going to call the complaint line on her. To be honest I won’t even treat a mangy dog the way she treated us I be kind to that mangy dog.

Something is very wrong at this location.
We’ve stopped there several times and things seem to be going downhill quickly. Our most recent visit will be our last. The fries we received were disgusting looking. Trash was on the counter, on the floors in the waiting area and even under the counters where the food was being prep’d. One used container of BBQ sauce was on the counter when we came in and still there when we left 45m later.
The Staff seems like it’s their 1st day on the job and the lady at the register should find another line of work. Management of any kind is missing-in-action and health issues are everywhere.
PT higher management needs to fix this place soon.

Waited forever for my Ubereats pickup order and their chicken caesar wrap is tiny, barely stuffed. I could not eat the food because it was extremely salty. It would end my mother who has hypertension. Very disappointing and ofc Uber was no help. I’ll stick to their other locations

Quick service. Chicken was ok. Rice and beans. Plenty of parking, bathrooms was filthy, that’s why 4 stars instead of 5.
Line of people was not so big, but still had to wait like 10 min to get my order.

This Pollo Tropical is the one which is easiest for me to grab food on the way home (or even lunch at work) which is why I go there multiple times a week some times. Sometimes it’s been lunch and dinner the same day since I work near by and it’s on the way home.
BUT this location is so unreliable and very hit-or-miss even with just getting my order correctly. I go every Monday for the $15 family meal deal and ask for all white meat pay extra $3 but somehow they always mess that up. Even when I ask them to check it and get home it’s just regular whole chicken. More than once have gotten 3 parts dark meat even though I paid the extra for the white meat. How does that even happen.
BUT I will give them credit for the food always tasting good. Only a few times I could tell I got the last of the rice. Or the chicken was just not done or been done a while. Sometimes the beans still too watery and others then beans are BOOM good!
When they are good they are good but when they suck it’s awful. So 5-stars on food… but deductions for service and food order handling.

It’s a real shame that this location‘s main problem is the staff. Regardless, if you order inside or sit in the drive-through just be prepared for a 15 to 30 minute wait and for them to get your order wrong every single time.
