Must say I’ve had better. But was as good as one could expect. If you are all about the drinks then this would be the place to go. Service was a little lacking though there was only a handful of patrons. Took a long time to bring the check and could have been more attentive.

I love going here! You get a great amount of food for the price. The food is delicious and very filling. You get chips and salsa while yoy wait. There’s music playing in the background, and the little decorations are a good touch. The staff is friendly and attentive even late at night. Don’t be afraid to ask about what’s in something.

I had dinner on July 7th. They were busy, but the service was top notch and hardly any wait time. The kitchen does a good job keeping up. The waiters provided excellent customer service like always! I have been coming to this restaurant since I was a kid, so it’s nice to still enjoy the yummy food. Best chips and salsa here. The restaurant is clean and they are always keeping up on it even while busy.

Good food place. Had a mojito and really enjoyed it. The chips and salsa are always a hit too. My kids actually ate the salsa which they usually don’t. Ended up with lots of left overs from the big meals. And the ice cream at the end of the meal was perfect.

I judge a Mexican restaurant by it’s salsa. La Carrera salsa is excellent! It is clearly fresh made daily. The burrito that I ordered was delicious but, there was a faint taste of dish soap in the meat, as thought it was cooked in a skillet that was not rinsed thoroughly. Other than that, the rice and beans were excellent as well. The service staff were very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant located in Gresham
