A newly remodeled establishment. Be careful when entering/exiting since entrance door is in front of active drive-thru. Clean facility with online order pick up station. Food is good. Prices are high different hours of the day. They need to monitor the grill because our grilled chicken breasts were burnt, especially on the edges. No self serving fountain drinks nor sauce anymore. You need to ask for assistance. Staff is attentive.

They screwed up the drive-through order, by leaving one dessert out of the order, then when I got home, discovered that not only did they leave that item out, but did not give me the two other desserts I had already paid for. Drove back to Pollo Tropical, explained their multiple errors, and politely asked to see the manager. They went to ask, but I was told that manager Karen said she was too busy to come out and talk with me. Asked another employee again, but the answer from Karen the manager was the same… too busy to talk to customers. The employees there said managers don’t talk to customers when they are busy. Unbelievable!!!

I normally don’t like to do reviews because I think of them as the biggest waste of time non less, today I will lose some of my valuable time to say that this is by far the worst experience on customer service and food at a pollo tropical location. I understand that different places have different items, but, my server an old guy named Jhon told me in a very rude and disrespectful that and I quote “Are you out of your mind we don’t have any mack and cheese or mashed potatoes, just white rice “ then mocked my mom for not being able to speak proper English and need assistance to order I’m a calm person and didn’t want to start a scene in front of my family but I would recommend that guy to get some training on proper manner or next time people may not be so comprehensive.

I’ve never had a good customer experience service in any Pollo Tropical, but we’ve been going to this one in specific for 8+ years and it has always been especially awful and it’s really long overdue for a review. Asking the employees to tap a button and add something to your order on a computer is like asking them to like a 100000 pound boulder. Asking them for extra sauce is like asking them to run 5 miles. It’s horrible. The employees are always miserable. We dealt with an extra miserable employee tonight working at the drive through. I genuinely don’t know if it’s the employees or the chain itself or the management, but change is long overdue and reconsideration of how this chain is run is going to be essential to its business.

The cashier was ok. Didn’t understand a word of English but we got it. The woman serving the food to the customers was theso rude and looked bothered by everyone asked her for. I was missing my sauces that I asked for and when I asked her for them, the look that she gave me, she might as well should have told me to go to hell. And got mad when I spoke to her in English! If you’re that upset about where you work then quit!

I ordered 2 trio meals that supposed to have sausage, chicken and pork. Both meals came with NO PORK. One meal had a burned chicken and burned sausage. The other one had undercooked chicken that tasted raw. The WORST POLLO TROPICAL EVER

Never have the sauces or food items in stock that you want. Drive thru people can’t hear you or give you attitude. It a task for them when you ask for them for sauce. Always second guess going to this pollo

I love the food, BUT the restaurant design is terrible; it does not invite to stay nor bringing your family, nor your significant other… not your work mates. (Never on a date). The place inside It’s like a …. a storage place, with tables. Definitely, take home food. Love the chicken.
