I had a really great experience here. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out pretty quickly. The grilled chicken was juicy and the sides were well seasoned. The staff was also very friendly and made the atmosphere feel welcoming. I would definitely come back again.

Worst pollo restaurant ever. They served me room temperature rice as well as RE grilled chicken. The young lady with braces at the drive thru always have an attitude and will have you leave the drive thru to wait in the parking lot for a long time before bringing the correct order out and the food still remains at room temperature rather than fresh hot food.

Food is always great at Pollo for the price. This evening I accidentally forgot to order an item before arriving at the payment window and THANKFULLY the cashier (Vanessa) added the item instead of telling me to go around and make a separate order. She gracefully chose quality customer service and was flexible with the rules. Shout out to Vanessa for being understanding and adding that human touch to my experience.

ollo Tropical never disappoints! The chicken is always juicy and full of flavor, and the sides are fresh and delicious. The service is fast, friendly, and makes the whole experience even better. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat.

Very disappointed with the service at this Pollo Tropical location. I was told my order wasn’t ready, waited, then was told my order was missing and had likely been taken by someone else. They had to remake it, turning what should have been a quick pickup into a long, frustrating wait.
What’s crazy is that it’s been two months since my last visit, and the service is still just as horrible.
Other Pollo Tropical locations don’t have this issue, so this seems like a management problem specific to this store. This location seriously needs better organization and oversight.

This was the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. The person working at the register didn’t even say good evening back to me, even though I greeted them first. I arrived, said hello, and wished them a good evening — they never responded.
The staff seemed unmotivated and uninterested. The food took too long to come out. I asked for sauces and was only given three. Then another customer behind me asked for the same sauce and was given around ten.
They also didn’t give us our drinks. When I asked for my soda, I was given a cup filled with very hot soda, with not a single piece of ice. When I politely asked for ice, I was given a bad look and handed a separate cup of ice.
One staff member who appeared to be pregnant was the one who handed me the sauces and the extremely hot drink without ice.
I literally just left this place, and I would never go back again. The service was truly horrible.

Horrible service the only one in my location and they just drop the ball. The lack of conversation amongst the workers . I place my order and order should have be ready to go at 704 but I leave at 720pm. And I had to fight for the complete order . They didn’t understand I was needing my mojo roast that the did not give me and they kept insisting I am missing my plantains when there in the bag. The fact as I watched my food sit there and never be handed to me . And all they can do is blame each other

The whole family came for dinner at 11:00. We were told there was no food at all and they were already closing. Even though they were supposed to be open for another hour. It was Thursday. Why was there no food if the place was supposed to be open for another hour? I was upset and angry. I won’t go there again and I won’t recommend it to anyone.
