RAW CHICKEN!! I came here late night on Dec 22, 2025 and ordered a grilled chicken tropichop. I never received a receipt. I got home and started to eat when I realized the chicken tasted unusual. I started inspecting it and realized it was RAWWWW!!! What makes this even worse, I called customer support, not wanting anything free or any compensation but my money back for their store serving me raw meat that can cause serious health issues. The customer rep advice for me to reach out to corporate via email which I did. Corporate distasteful response was that they are sorry I received uncooked chicken, but they are unable to help me without a receipt. I included a bank transaction including the store number, purchase date, and amount, but still could not receive any help!!

2 it’s crazy how she can talk behind her cashier employee back in Spanish to the other workers and think it’s cool.,I know the workers can’t used they phone but what give some more power then the others to use there phone .

Visited a Pollo Tropical in this location and was impressed by the friendly staff and delicious food. However, it’s clear that corporate could be doing more to support their employees or corporate does not care about then at all… I dont know… The extra effort the team puts in to make our meal special isn’t reflected in their workplace perks. For instance, the employees went above and beyond to ensure the meal was enjoyable, but it felt like they were doing so despite some underlying issues. To take it to the next level, corporate could consider revisiting employee benefits and work environment. Despite this, employees were attentive and knowledgeable, and the food was consistently hot and flavorful.

After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru to place my order when I finally got to the window my food was ready in 3 minutes and the reason it was ready in 3 minutes was because they gave me undercooked chicken and they just threw the rice and beans containers in the bag which lead to the beans pouring out into the bag and they didn’t give me my rolls but after waiting all that time I was ready to go and didn’t check the bag when they gave it to me. Moral of the story check your bag at the drive thru because when they are busy they don’t care about your order.

I have visited this location at least 3 times a week until Oct 19 was my last order and I will never return I ordered as usual always take out I pick up my order and leave but the orders are always missing the side order you place something I learned to check it before leaving the restaurant and that I coped with till the 19th I placed an order approximately 10:20 pm a churrasco steak rice and beans and a side order of fries all was there but when I got home only a 3 minute drive the food was obviously old and cold the fries were as hard as a rock and honestly I wouldn’t have feed that steak to a dog I threw it away lost my 16.00 dollars remained hungry as I had finished work at the time I ordered and the shameful thing is I always tip the worker that gives me my order and that night the look on their faces said it all as they knew the food is cold and old no doubt. Beware with this location of the service and make sure to check your order before you leave even for the freshness and warmth of the food.

Its 11:30 pm August 30 2025 and i left the drive thru. The lady was literally screaming at me. I heard her attend the first car and she sounded so mad. When it was my turn i asked for a chicken wrap. I asked a question and she screamed so hard I told her she could cancel my order. I havent been screamed at like that since i was a child by my mother. Im 36 years old now and i left shook. Either she needs vacation time or time off but she cannot be screaming at customers like if we beat up her first born baby. She was MAD MAD. So instead came to the food truck next door. The ladies are much nicer.

Great service and friendly staff at this location! The managers — Araceli, Glorivel, Erika, and Niurvis — always keep things running smoothly. The employees — Hillary, Juanita, Evelyn, Carlita, Dayana, Jamilet, Fernando, Ivan, and the rest of the team — are helpful, fast, and welcoming. Always a good experience here!
