Loving coming here in the evening to avoid the enormous crowds during the day. Every time I come here all the staff have an amazing attitude and are very sweet. Waitress was so sweet and recommended the Pumpkin Waffle and she wasn’t wrong. It’s delicious! Thank you to our waitress because she has been working all day and she still has a positive attitude and that’s something I truly appreciate. I used to work in the food industry and I know it can be hard but it’s very appreciated.

Had the chicken and waffles, they were as I expected them. Not too greasy not too dry and just right. The waffles were fluffy and made to perfection. Was in the mood for a stronger coffee as it was light, not to my liking. I’ll grab a beer next time. My waitress was superb.

Everything we had was good. My breakfast burger was the best out of the three items. Followed then by the shrimp corn chowder. The service was very good, and the atmosphere was a dinner feel. This may be advertised as a dinner, but it is one step up from your regular Mom and Pops place, by food and price.

We have been for the past 3 weekends and haven’t received great service. We thought we would try again today and we are so glad we did. Victoria provided us great service! We didn’t have to ask for anything, and she made sure we had everything we needed at all times. I noticed she was also handling to go while also taking care of her tables. She was awesome! I highly recommend management to make her a trainer, or even a manager! Thank you again for great service and food. We will be back!

Our server Jen was amazing! She was super kind and our food came out in great time and exactly as we wanted. We had a large group and she was able to handle all of our orders and special requests with a smile! We will definitely be returning in the future!

Overall my first time visit was OK. The service was good and friendly. I ordered eggs, pancakes (bfast favorite), sausage, and hashed browns with decaf coffee. The eggs were properly cooked to order as well as the hashed browns and sausage. The pancakes however were limp and just not made well. I expected fluffy with that firm edge; these just seemed soggy even before syrup, and under cooked looking pale color. My plain decaf coffee was ok but seemed pricey. Meal pricing seemed fine. Will I go again? Not sure since pancakes are my favorite breakfast food.

The food was subpar. It was $42 for 3 meals. The Philly cheesesteak barely had any meat and the potatoes tasted like hospital food/ school lunch. The biscuits and gravy was the best out of the three meals and the buffalo chicken bake was not good at all. I had to have my hashbrowns remade because they were burned.

Tried to pick up an order at curbside pickup. When I called I was immediately placed on hold. I watched another customer go in and pick up so I did the same. Two employees were there, no other customers. When I mentioned that I had been placed on hold, the male employee gave me a smart comment back. He was very rude and would not give me his name. As I was asking his name another man, who I believe was the manager came over to me and I told him the employee was rude. The man then, in a very inappropriate and intimidating way, ushered me out of the store. I have never had any problems with this location and have, in fact, had great service in the past. I order to go from here quite often. But to be treated the way I was treated, both by the employee and the manager was unacceptable. I will take my $$$ elsewhere.

However, the food, while good, felt somewhat underwhelming and reminiscent of cafeteria-style/ Mess Hall meals.
The flavors were decent, but nothing particularly stood out or left a lasting impression.

So I came here with my mom because it was not a place I’m familiar with. Our server was Nick, who was a very pleasant human being. Off his recommendation, i went with chicken and waffles. I’ll also note that this is only the second place I’ve ever been to that gives you spicy syrup. My mom and i agree that the food was amazing, and it definitely made the stop in Jacksonville worth it.
