As a delivery driver I just had a very unpleasant experience here 01/09/2025 12:30pm. After more than 20 minutes asking for the client order the staff tells me I must go at the end of the line and when is my turn then they will make the order which would add another half an hour wait time. They have the order on the system with a timestamp, yet they are prioritizing a made up line by the staff, I fail to understand why. Just imagine how long the client has been waiting since the order was made online and when the driver arrives to pick up he has to make a line and wait the turn so they start making the order. Very bad organization.

So after going to 2 different pollo tropical I was able to finally get the big cilantro sauce. The pollo tropical on coral way and 70th Ave (around there) they told me they didn’t have no sauce. This was at around 8:00 pm. Left there and decide it to head on to the one by 7th st nw 57th ave got there around 10:00 pm and they also told me they didn’t have. I was about to give up but my instinct told me otherwise so I took a drive to the one on 37th ave and nw 7th st got here like at 10:30 pm but let me tell you that the personnel there was very friendly and very polite. Asked for the cilantro sauce one more time and YES they did have they sold it to me and I was very pleased. I would recommend this pollo tropical to everyone from now on great customer service and very respectful. Thank you guys for the awesome job you guys are doing

One of the worst managed locations. Given them many tries but the chicken here is not on par with any other Pollo Tropical Iv had. Service is extremly slow even though they dont have a drive through. And they stop cooking 3 hours before close so if you show up at 10pm or after half the menu is unavailable and whatever you get has been sitting around for atleast an hour. You would think its better during the day but they just have a mountain of chicken on the grill of which they will not serve you, no sir. They will only serve the old cold one from the OTHER mountain of chicken they have sitting out because their “chef” likes to cook once per shift.

I ordered chicken soup and when I opened the container at home it seemed like they served me the left over of what’s at the bottom of their soup. No corn, no Maduro barely any chicken. Just liquid. Do better to your paying customers

Ordered online for pickup, and they managed to screw my order. It seems like they don’t even know their own menu. When I contacted customer service, I was offered a credit for some of the money I spent. CS said that because I received some of the food, they couldn’t give me a full refund. I think that the pictures I am sharing speak for themselves.

I’m finding that the quality of Pollo Tropical is not what it used to be. I ordered 1/4 chicken with two sides. They gave me a leg and thigh part of the chicken, and it was so small it looked like it came from a cornish hen. No kidding. The staff were kind of oblivious to the customers. I asked for guava BBQ sauce and they gave me the onion, tomato, cilantro sauce. I had a similar issue at the Bird Road restaurant as well a few months ago. Customer service is not the best at either of these two locations.
Another visit. 01/17/23. Horrible customer service! I paid for rice and beans and 1 side. They refused to give me the black beans. I will never come back to this location again. They are very rude. The price I paid was 8.19 for rice and beans plus 1 side. They would not give me the beans! They only gave me rice and salad.
