Oh my god. I should have just paid for one tostone ropa vieja instead of three because they just stacked three on top of each other, and gave meat portion for just ONE on the top, also missing my red green bell peppers (the part I was looking towards), only onions and it’s a disproportionately excess amount of so.

Don’t get me wrong I love pollo for the food and so does my husband. I went there today hoping to get him a gift card for Valentine’s Day. I am 6 months pregnant so I decided to try to get it in the drive thru to avoid having to get out of the car.. waiting 10 mins in line to be told at the window I would have to come inside.. ok so I park and I waddle inside and there’s an enormous line but I wait anyways because I really wanted the gift card for him! Finally after 20 mins I get to the cashier who tells me “you have to buy your gift card online we don’t sell them in person” ????? Sorry what????? Since when? I’ve bought several gift cards for pollo in the past! What kind of restaurant doesn’t sell gift cards? Super frustrating!! Moral of the story don’t listen to the person working the drive thru and don’t try getting a gift card because I guess they don’t have them

I ordered a chicken breast meal and the team believes that a good practice is to cut portions out of the meat. I am not sure the reasons behind it, but this is the last thing you expect after paying $10+ for your meal.

Check your order!! I enjoy Pollo, but the staff frequently fails to deliver my complete order. Any modifications requested pose a challenge. Friendly drive through staff. No idea what happens between the order taking and order giving.

I had high hopes and was starving. Lemme tell ya. Don’t order the pie it was soured. I wasn’t offered anything else but another slice of keylime pie. And once you’ve had the taste of soured keylime pie in your mouth you kinda don’t want another handed to ya. The food was average and meat was thin on bowl and sandwich. The pork on the Cuba was dry as heck had a sip of sods with every bite.
Chicken sandwich bread was so hard on edges it would chip your tooth.

I ordered food after a long day of work and I paid throughout the app after 30 minutes. My husband went to pick it up and they said they cannot find the order we showed them confirmation. We show them proof of payment they didn’t care. Unbelievable the worst place definitely gonna stop even go to or order from them. Worst experience ever

I recently left this place, and I must say that it was a disappointing experience. This place consistently gives me awful experiences, although I try to be understanding. They never have everything on the menu. Every time you visit, they are never providing quality food. It was no corn and no cilantro garlic tonight. No Curry, Mustard, and No Pork last week.
When carrying food packages out of the drive-through window, the employees behave carelessly, almost as if they’ve just finished working and are exhausted. Every time, the food is tossed around inside the packaging. And there’s always a problem with the food, so you have to come back.
Who knows, maybe there’s a difficulty with the language barrier. However, each time I give them opportunities and money, the outcome is always the same.
