Horrible Horrible service ordered just a soup and white rice. Waited 10 minutes while listening to staff there gossip and use profanity. That included a lady that looked like the manager. There was just one other customer there. The restaurant was also dirty both i. Cooking area and dining area. This place and many others are in serious need of work readiness training. They don’t even greet customers. So unprofessional. This was this evening 8|2|2023. Some staff didn’t have gloves on either while handling food. Not sanitary.

Horrendously bad service and treatment of paying customers at this establishment. Every pollo tropical I’ve been to has been great except this particular location. They make many many mistakes with the orders and furthermore blame the customers and argue very unprofessionally back and forth in front of everyone.

I was the only person in line, I said hello to the phone apparently the person when I said what I want she said give me a second. After 5 more minutes I said hello and that employee scream and very rude said: I said Give me a mo! I told her sorry I did not understand , she continues to argue. As a customer we just want to eat and we pay for food and service. After that a really nice gentleman took my order. This happened today 8/11/2023 at 4:50 p.m.

Always bad service. I work close to this store and the cashier wait when there is only one or two in line is horrendous. They move at glacier pace. I have given up on lunch option but once every quarter I try to see if there is any change in management. I’ve been to others stores that do not have this problem; they should give serious thought of getting new leadership management for this one.

Terrible service, I understand that they are under staff, but there in not reason to be mean and rude to costumers, place an order on line and my food was ready one hour after the email said my order was suppose to be ready, the cashier was the only one nice and semi apologetic, 15 people came over the store and they took care of them first than me, and my 3 dishes were ceviche! It was a pre made, it was only to put it on a bowl! And it was a very poor quality after all.
