Service moves quite fast, as they take your order in line especially during busy hours. You pay while in line as well, and they bring the food over to you when its ready. This location also has a drive-thru, though it can get packed during busy times.
As for the food, its pretty much the same standard as other locations. The quality and price is good, and the chicken is good on its own or with their wide arrangement of dipping sauces. The drinks are good, though sometimes their specials are not in stock if they are popular.

I ordered a salad from Chick-fil-A, and unfortunately, it was not fresh at all. The lettuce looked wilted, and the ingredients didn’t taste like they were recently prepared. I usually enjoy Chick-fil-A for its quality and service, but this time I was really disappointed. I hope the location pays more attention to freshness and food presentation in the future.

Here I was welcomed with a smile from Delilah. The service was excellent, the place is really clean .

Five stars isn’t enough for the consistent experience here. From the second I walked in, I was greeted with a genuine smile. The food was piping hot, the waffle fries were perfectly seasoned, and my spicy chicken sandwich was fresh and flavorful. What really sets this place apart, though, is the service—it’s rare to find a team that is this attentive and polite. It truly is ‘their pleasure’ to serve you!

I had an amazing experience at Chick-fil-A, thanks to manager Alicia and her friendly staff. They provided exceptional service, checking in on my meal with genuine care and making sure everything was perfect. What stood out the most was how wonderfully they treated my dog, Nero, with warmth and kindness. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor made the visit enjoyable for both of us. I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I found a long hair in my bag, which was already upsetting. I had come in with my two daughters and the employees were extremely rude and kept giving me strange looks. Two of the staff members, I believe their names were Cardasia and Jadalis, were talking the whole time and even seemed to argue about who would take my order because neither of them wanted to.
One of them was wearing a “Team Leader” name tag, but the situation was handled very poorly. I’ve been to many Chick-fil-A locations and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. It honestly ended up ruining my whole day.

Same normal Chick-fil-A experience- only negative is they got rid of the children’s play area which we drove 30 minutes to go to and replaced with an open seating area

We went here on a busy Friday night. The staff was hustling and we got our food quickly, despite there being a large amount of people here. Solomon took our order enthuastically and was helpful when we had a question. The manager Jean, was friendly and hustling to get orders out. I love coming to this location!

To start this is one of the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. The customer service is Top Teir, especially when it comes to the Manager Jean. He is so respectful, he always goes around the store and ask the customers if the food is good. Jean is very on top of everything. Makes sure his staff giving A1 customer service. To top it off the food is always nice and fresh and the fries are so crispy. 5 starts no doubt.
