Clean inside. Chicken falls off the bone. Not all of these chains are the same. This one is excellent. Salsas were tasty. Hot was hot. People at register had lots of customers and they were quick, friendly, and served everyone correctly.

Waited almost an hour just for fries. The lady at the window was on her phone and clearly didn’t care about doing her job. No urgency, nothing. Very disappointing experience. No sense of urgency, nobody had any idea what food was ordered by whom. Just trying to get a quick torta turned into a 20 minute wait. Torta wasn’t anything special… went back to edit this and add that the torta was actually the awful with very little flavor. At least I’m full? Kinda?

Ok look we like the food and we always loved it but now the service is unacceptable either they get something wrong , missing or not fully complete even destroyed. Although the staff seems pretty nice but they always forget about drive through orders and we’re serving people inside that came after us and not us look next time if this happens again I will not hesitate for a review but hopefully that review will be a good one I just hope you guys learn from the mistake

Keagan the cashier was great, roasted chicken beans and rice, For a low price! 1 meal you can feed 3 ppl. Its delicious! Will be back. Great seating areas too very clean. Chip an Salsa bar 8s my favorite!

Very bad experience at Pollo Regio – Frisco 423. Because of this location, I honestly don’t think I will eat at any Pollo Regio again. The customer service was poor, and the food quality was very low.

I only tried a few items, and the rest went straight to the trash. Extremely disappointing experience.

We’ve been coming here for years and the workers are so great. Ernesto and Carolina made us feel so welcome. The tables and floors were all so very clean. The food was excellent as usual. Highly recommended for families who can’t decide whether to eat great chicken or high quality Mexican food. Give it a try!
