I was thinking of what to buy for lunch because I was starving. I was near Pollo Regio, so I decided to go to their Drive Thru. I ordered the Combo Meal of the Whole Chicken. I was so hungry that I have to stop and got a piece of chicken. I was expecting a Fresh, Hot and Juicy Chicken. I was so disappointed that I got a lukewarm, dried and old Grilled Chicken. I didn’t have enough time to go back and return it. I just hope that they won’t give their Customers as such especially paying $33.00.

Michaely and Eric provided excellent customer service — super friendly, very funny, and both had great smiles that made the visit even better. Went again today to see if they changed and nope they are even worse! Get some people who speak English so yall can get my order right! I said no jalapenos and they put a lot of tiny diced jalapenos on there! Im always super nice to them even though they always get it wrong! At this point i think they might be racist! My roommate gets me nachos all the time! He is Hispanic and they give him what he wants and extra! I ordered on my own today and it was not like he ordered it! The beans were shoved in a corner, there was barely any meat or cheese. And there were way more chips than toppings! The empty chips took up more Space than to chips with toppings!!

I came for lunch. It was my first time ever. The food was really fresh. They had a great salad bar with the different sauces and additions. You may need the portions were huge, great service and although they were busy, they try to keep the tables as clean as they could.

Soniely at the drive thru should be fired for answering her personal phone while taking my order. Clearly her priorities are elsewhere and not at work. While being distracted by talking on the phone she forgot multiple items from my order and when I called over 10 times to complain no one picked up. Funny how no one can answer the store phone but she can answer her personal phone mid order. Should be 0 stars instead of 1
