This mcdonalds never gives you your order right & they always send you to wait just for a small order. They never give you napkins or sauce for your nuggets even tho they ask you if you want any sauce or ketchup. I always have a problem with my order either wrong order or not what i ordered. I ordered the honey biscuit meals , and this is all it had. Come on.Where’s the egg and the rest of the stuff? All I got was the biscuit and chicken or whatever it is.

The guy at the window was friendly at the time of my visit was friendly. I haven’t seen that in a long time. Young Hispanic male. He made my day with his sense of humor. “So they wont say I stole it” inside joke hope he sees this because with that personality and service he will get far. Keep up the great work. And give that man a RAISE!! It’s rare now a days to have great custome service skills.

We went to buy something, as we always do,
but they told us they didn’t have any drinks. That’s fine.
We had coupons they had given us for a hamburger and ice cream,
and when they were about to redeem them, one of the girls said not to scan the coupons because it takes too long, and told us to wait.
We waited and weren’t served.
What terrible customer service today, Sunday, January 18, 2026.
The Coca-Cola machine never has soda, and the place is always dirty. What a shame, because it’s a place our babies really like.

Watch out for PLASTIC in food!! There were pieces of plastic in the pancakes and only noticed after my little brother told me he felt something hard in the food after eating 1 pancake. When checking I saw there were tiny pieces and even a big piece of plastic. Went to get answers and a refund but they said it was the part other pancake mix and that they couldn’t refund me for the whole amount of 11 dollars, only give me a free sandwich of my choice.

tell me whats wrong in that picture?… they are always gonna pull you to the next window or to park no matter how small the order. they always forget your sauces, most times forget an item, and the line is always wrapped around the building due to how slow they are.

A horrible and disgusting place, people with their hair not tied back. I ordered some french fries and they took more than 30 minutes, when it wasn’t supposed to take that long. I was served by an employee named Kathleen who gave me terrible service, not even a “good afternoon” or a “hello.” Bad service; they don’t even ask you what you want, they just leave you waiting 30 minutes for cold, dry french fries with old, black oil.

I gave a 1 because it’s 90 degrees and all I wanted was a shake and every time their shake machine and icecream machine is always broken. I hate going to this one it’s always something wrong with it no matter what time of the day
