This was my first time ever trying Peruvian food, and it was a great experience. I ordered the Chaufa de Pollo and the flavor was excellent—especially the chicken.
One thing I really appreciated was the temperature; the food came out fresh and steaming, but it wasn’t too hot to eat. It was perfect right away.
I gave the famous green sauce a try; it wasn’t personally for me, but I’m glad I tasted it. Overall, I really liked this restaurant and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to try Peruvian cuisine!”

While on vacation we stopped by one of the best Pollo Inka Express’ I have ever been to with great service, and the gentleman Richard at the front counter is on top of his game, one of the best employees i’ve ever had the pleasure of ordering from. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and he did not stop working the entire time! Give him a raise! Food was delicious, hot and fresh! Thank you P.I.E

My first time here at this location, been to others and food and service was always great.. until I came to this location. The woman cashier that help me has horrible customer service, she just stare at me and gave me my food, awkward. After I placed my order, I received it less than a minute, then I noticed my fries taste old, I requested for new fries and instead of making me a fresh fries, they just gave me another set of fries that more fresh than what I had. I als noticed my side of soup and rice is not even hot or warm, more like Luke warm. Everything they gave me are old, like it been suiting there for sometime. Definitely will never visit this location again. Yuck!!!

Very good flavorful food. Chicken is outstanding and the Aji sauce is espectacular . The place is small but clean . The service is horrible. The cashier (girl) was no pleasant to talk to . Please train your staff . When I pay with my card it asked me if I wanted to leave a tip 10% , 15% , 20% or other but there’s not a “no tip” option. They are forcing customers to leave a tip .

The food is good, the service not so much is terrible to be precise I tried ordering on the phone, I was told to wait whoever answered the phone just put the phone down I can hear them talk in the background and she was arguing with one of the customers who wanted to make a change in his order that he had not paid for yet, she claimed that she had already posted his order and could not make any changes, as this maybe understandable her demeanor was so unprofessional she was being rude, to end it here my order over the phone was never taken after waiting for 5 mim they simply hanged up, this isn’t the first time that this has happened to me. Even if you order online when you go to pick up your order they’ll ignore.

I just went in there. The Restaurant was EMPTY! Only 2 customers & this rude young man behind the counter. Today at 12/29/25 at 7.45 PM insisted that he couldn’t just give me a cup of water. After ordering a whole chicken !!! Or a cup of ice. He said now they have to charge. I was in disbelief everyone there is always so nice & welcoming & I always get water with my meal. More like a cup of ice. I usually cary my own bottled water. So, I said that’s cool. By the way how much would a cup be? He said 2.70$ !!!!!! for a cup???! That I’m gonna fill with ice or water ?!? So, I asked since when ? He didn’t have an answer.
It just looked like something he made up on the spot. Not a real policy. I suddenly realized he just likes to be rude on purpose & looked happy when I said ‘never mind if I’m gonna spend 15$ ( plus tax) & I can’t have a cup of water. I don’t want to dine here. By the way I just realized I have water which I showed him. It’s the principle, the disrespect & the lack of customer service.
What r we doing? Does Pollo Inka purposely disrespect it’s customers offering a subpar dining experience. Or is this young man purposefully rude so they’ll have less work. I’m going to support the local vendors. That offer better food , at better prices & treat their customers with respect valuing their money. Also, if I ask them for water I get a water bottle for 1$. Not sink water for 2.70$. I suggest you do the same. They do have good chicken , but so do ALOT of other places. With better attitude.

VERY disappointed in Pollo Inka and their new policy to ask for tip in the drive-thru.
What service am I tipping for? Nothing has changed. It’s the same 20-minute wait for my food and the prices have only gone up.
If I’m paying for my gas and my time, I don’t need to give you more than necessary. The guy even gave me a face when I put no tip and handed the device to him. Why put your customers in an awkward situation?
On top of all this, the rice and beans were overcooked and tasted old.

Good food but the drive thru is horrible. As popular as this place may be, they need to to address this problem with the wait.
With the long wait, you might as well just dine in, that is how long it take through the drive thru….ugh!
Be prepared to wait for a long period of time at the this drive thru.
