This is 2nd visit to a Pollo Campero, but 1st to this location. Order was taken quickly and food out shortly after. Everything was hot and delicious.
Employees were constantly cleaning as customers left restaurant. Haven’t seen this much efficiency in a restaurant in a while, impressed.
I hope this chain expands in the Metro Atlanta area.

First of all, this place is CLEAN. My partner and I came in toward the back end of lunch, around 3:30 on a Friday afternoon, our first time here. We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, 2pc dark, Campero rice, fries, and a large horchata.
Everything was hot, fresh, and well-seasoned. The creamy pepper sauce and slightly sweet dill pickle slices on my juicy sandwich deliciously exceeded my expectations. The fries were crispy!

One of if not the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. The chicken and rice were so incredibly flavorful that I can’t wait to come back. $25 to feed two people is a steal for what you get. The girl at the register also handled an upset customer during our visit professionally. This customer was really rude for no reason after not getting her cup through the drive thru. She straight up reached over the counter and snatched a second cup out of the worker’s hand when she accidentally grabbed two to hand to them. Protect and respect this place please. It’s a treasure.

It took a long time after I ordered to get my food, at least 20 mins, but the staff is friendly and very clean eating area. It does Seems a tad overpriced for Chicken, but the Chicken Sandwich ($10) is Great, almost as good as Popeyes. The grilled chicken is awesome, (2 PC +1 side-$9). The fried chicken is ok. Personally, I’ll always get the grilled chicken in the future. But really good stuff, especially that Chicken sandwich!

The change down had good flavor it was small for the Price point tho. The rice was good and so were the beans they both could use a little salt tho!!! The location only had large drink cups and charged us extra if we wanted the drink that came with our combo like it was our fault. The drive thru moved fast for this quality of food tho.

Overpriced, food lacks seasoning and they always get the sides wrong. The roasted chicken lacks flavor and the skin is rubbery…unappealing. The rice needs more flavor and the portion is tiny.

They were doing ok when they first opened. Unfortunately, now they often don’t have any chicken left for sandwiches or bowls. Also, ordering a simple nugget meal literally takes 20 minutes in the drive through to get, which is really stressful if you are on a 30 minute lunch break, which we were. Not sure if management changed or they just don’t have people (and chicken). We won’t be back after tonight. What a shame.

Ok so I visited this place for the FIRST TIME EVER. I work in the area but I’ve seen this place in passing many times so I decided why not give it a try….. Well….. I should’ve gone to Popeyes. For one, I ordered a 2pc combo and it only come with one side, no drink but I ordered 2 additional sides AND a drink to try them out fairly. For two, the service could’ve been better. I understand there may be a language barrier, but a smile and courtesy goes a long way. For three, the food was bland. Now, the chicken was seasoned and portioned nicely, probably need your own hot sauce, but the beans, rice and plantains was BLAND. No seasoning and well over priced. Mind you I paid $20+ Next time, I will go to Popeyes.

During this visit (2nd time) I ordered the Campero fried chicken, with a side of the Campero rice.
Chicken was crispy and flavorful, rice was tasty. I would stay away from their coleslaw because it is drowning in mayonnaise!
FYI, Campero combo meal’s DO NOT include drinks like some other place’s do.. Strange!!
Upgrading them from 3 to 4 star’s. Service was good & fast.
